The green crack smells wonderful. Lots of resin, I have to wear long sleeve or else it really irritates my skin when i work around it.
The stretch was about normal for something with skunk 1 in it. The stretch started very soon after 12/12 and was vigorous but short lived.
The one negative of the green crack are the flimsy stems. The flower pattern is wide branching, so the angles are high, and they just flop over.
I should have started staking them from day 1.

Most of the plants in the box are harvested. I usually take down all the big stuff and let the rest go for another week. Seems to work well.
I
I'll have more shots of harvested colas in a few days. And those shots will be really really tasty.

Which room? I use 1k HPS, CAp ballasts, EYE Hortilux bulbs, air cooled hoods (SS2s in the box, 8" sun systems in the room). I keep the lights as far as I can with my ceilings. The room has 5x10 canopy under 2k, the box has 4x10. The 5x10 is much better, as the plants will grow in towards the center. More efficient canopy.
I'd say the lights are... over 2ft from the tops. Airflow over the tops can keep them from getting cooked, even when the temps are at 80.
I wish I had grown more maui wowie.... super quality, really good yield, and if i did her again I would do some minimal training and end up with a very efficient plants.

peace

Oh and ill get those dried un trimmed cola shot up in a day, maybe 2.

So here is the biggest maui wowie cola. It might be the largest I have ever grown. And the plant had a lot more to offer than just this one.
It is dry, untrimmed, and weighs 35g. The final plant should clear 70g easily.
And it is really really frosty.

A storm was rolling in up here in the mountains, and i lost direct sunlight, so more shots of the dried harvest to follow.

OK so no updates for awhile. Everything has been going very well.
So here is a dump of some dried and trimmed shit.
Bubba

Critical mass

The massive critical mass nugget.... single bud, 14g

maui

the final pull is going to be really really good. the first half of the grow box was kind of a workout, getting back into the groove, the second pull in it was really good considering that i had never grown any of those varieties. And I took all of that info and put it into the final pull in the garden room.
It is going to be big. And high quality.

The harvest has begun on the Green Crack and final round of Bubba. At day 72. I take down all of the big tops that are done, and let the lower stuff go for another week. I also usually get some variation plant to plant. The ones that were fed perfectly are done earlier. All of it will be done in a week. So many plants have completely flopped over, it is difficult to rearrange them to help the lower stuff finish up faster. Great problem to have.

The reviews are in. It is all pretty much well liked. The Gods bud seems to be the bottom of the barrel, it is decent but not stand out at all. The Maui Wowie is the most popular, good sativa buzz, good taste, etc. Second place is Bubba Kush, unless you dont like sativa, then it is first, even with the first batch that was not 100%. Third place is a tie between GDP and the Hindu Kush (and Hindu Skunk, which I think had some mislabeled). Critical Mass is well liked, and is very stoney, as in nap time stoney. No input on the 'SS OG' or whatever the fuck it was. It smells amazing though.

The final batch will be good. Best large scale pull of Bubba I have ever done. The Green Crack looks amazing, and the Critical Mass looks even better than the first 2 plants.

It is now the final stretch. You should smell my drying area... holy shit.

So the final numbers are in from the garden room, the one with mostly critical mass, green crack, and bubba kush.
5.25 pounds. On 2k watts. I would estimate that almost 5 of it is the top grade prime stuff that finished perfectly. I went to some clubs in town to register as a vendor and checked out their Bubba Kush and Green Crack. Not to blow my own horn but their bubba looked as good as my worst batch from a few months ago.

I finally did it, broke 1g/watt.
