best way to deliver nutes to my outdoor plants?

This will be my first outdoor grow...
I plan to dig 2x2x18 holes and filling them with an organic soil mix, adding water retention polymers, planting month old plants and mulching around them....
This is a guerilla grow off the beaten path but am still concerned about bein seen carrying water jugs....
What is the best way to deliver nutes to my plants?
I realize that their requirements will be less than that of indoor plants but they will still need supplemental feeding, correct?
Especially during flowering i would imagine.
I also realize that some watering will be necessary but do my plants need nutes more often then they will need water? (Especially with water retention polymers and heavy clay soil outside of initial hole.)
Any input is much appreciated...

Keep camo'd water and nute containers at the site.
Wear gloves and cleanup at year end.

Mix nutes into your water at the site and water using your container.
How much depends on your soil, rainwater, runoff, sun, plant size, etc.
Start with 1/2x strength and increase watching for any over-fert issues.
You can always flush with straight water (or it rains) to deal with over-fert issue.
Where I am the soil is poor so it is almost impossible to over-fert.

During flowering I switch to a blooming fert.

dry organic npks and or bloodmeal bonemeal kalium pellets

just topdress once every few weeks and stop topdressing after about week 3 of flower

real easy no hassle, cover the pellets with soil or something to kep em moist so they ferme, ntate and release their goodness

Excellent....thanks guys
I had similar plans for both approaches depending on the plot location...
In a couple of my locations there is swamp water available...
Is this ok for my plants?
I imagine slough and drainage ditch water is ok but im a little worried about stagnant pools.
Any thoughts?
