Can you imagine the myriad of holy men at the Pashupatinath Temple (Lord Shiva) in Katmandu, Nepal throwing off centuries of smoking ganja with chillums and clamoring for the Volcano or whatever version of a 'vape' that has captured the crowd at 420Magazine.com or worse yet - HighTimes.com

LMAO

In my house the wife would not let them smoke, so it would be volcano or outside. But ya, I wanna party with those guys....scrappy

I just received my Extreme Q.
Out of the box, it was well packaged, nothing broken, dinged, or scratched and it all appears to be new.
First appearance, it reminded me of a Sunbeam toaster. Hard plastic with a thin metal shell. The glass was plenty thick enough, it will should take minimal care.
The instructions were pretty straight forward and the menu easy to figure out. Celsius or Fahrenheit easy to set and change, Zero through three speed fan.
Initially set up with the wand, it was set at 400* for about 15 minutes to burn any shit off. Turned down to 320*, it gave a very clean and smooth hit, reminding me of years back and my first hit of blonde Leb...Just not the intensity I was used to. The temp went up to 380* and the fan speed was increased to 3.
While not my bong, it was better, tastier. Somehow I think I'll still be looking for that rush of water filtered smoke. I doubt if I turn back though. Can't get over the clean hash like flavor. A very favorable first impression.
I bought this unit off of E-Bay for half the list price. I have the Iolite on order. Both for half the price of one Volcano, Having not used the Volcano, I can't compare the difference. All I can really say is I'm not disappointed and would buy it again. Nice way to indulge.

While I have never used the EQ, I have run several of my vapes through the bong and it is yummy as well. (Use your EQ via the whip OR just on the downstem of your bong for some thick ass bonghits) Yes it CAN make you choke ;)

As far as the Iolite, this was my very first vape and I liked it for what it was. My only turnoff(s) were its fixed temp and the butane aspect. If you want a REAL portable and a vape MADE for milking the bong, the Supreme Vaporizer is your ticket. (Just get a better torch to assist in heat up time) This vape will milk a bong like its going out of style.

hands down these are the two best and most affordable vapes around, ive used them both for many years.

as much as people will say they dont work trust me they arent using them properly, ive spent thousands trying so many different vaporizers to see what was the best, i started vaping pretty early on.

those that didnt live up to their names are sold on ebay, those that blew my mind at how well they work, with solid performance day in and day out are the two im using. one thing ive learned from all the vapes ive bought is stay away from Vapir products and any and all box vaporizers, i used the vapor daddy deluxe which was one of the more decent box vaporizers but you can buy the dabuddha for the same price its 100x better.

DaBuddha, Remake of the SSV. this will last you a lifetime im not joking, 7th floor will tell you this themselves, they still have a unit thats been on for 6 years and still performs the same. it also has a glass water filter attachment which you can buy for a mere extra $80.. the unit itself $159.99, with the water filter it is by far the best thing ive ever inhaled period. so smooth you can only feel the THC tingle your lungs, youll inhale so long not even realizing how big your hits are and how cool it is.

Herbalaire, a bag type vape like the volcano at half the price. works well. $249.99

all these vapes can be bought at GotVape.com, best site online you can buy vaporizers, if you choose the dabuddha though, buy it directly from 7th floor, their customer service is excellent and they come with a great warranty from either site. http://dabuddhavaporizer.com/index.php

my only gripe about the iolite is it uses butane, i think or something like that, its such small unit i find it hard to imagine you arent inhaling tiny amounts of butane.

its great for people who want to impress friends while they are out or like to vape in random places other than your home.

but id never use the iolite for excessive day to day use though or buy it as a first vaporizer.

please dont continue smoking out of your bong, bongs are so horrible for you, no matter how many filters it may have.

ive probably been vaping for over 15 years and i rarely smoke for good reason, as most know smoke in general is bad. i have a long story to top if it off but ill spare you, just take my word for it never use a bong to smoke out of everyday.

while we are at it... fresh undried bud can be nice vape

why do bags seem ghetto to you? also i hear a couple people saying how you can vape undried bud?

how high are you turning your vape to do this? because in all my years of growing and more so vaping.. undried bud has never vaped well. to get my vapes hot enough to get decent hits of undried bud is a complete waste and gets so hot i might as well just smoke it. by the time you get worth while hits the bud is overly dry and doesnt hit good at all.

just wondering why people say that, not to toot my horn but i have honestly tried literally every vaporizer under the sun and not one has ever vaped undried bud in any occasion well.. as i always try sampling, yes it works to get a idea of the high but its just too wet and has always just been not worth the waste of bud to me. the best and most dense hits i know of are all from at least properly dried bud.

Vaporizers are for people who are afraid of getting really stoned and can't handle their mud

Feel free to quote me on this factoid.............

sadhu.jpg

id be glad to because i have and always will prefer my baduddha over any other bong in the world simply because of this quote, it has and always will get me the highest ive ever been regardless of the strain.

smoking in my experience has been the complete opposite, so dirty, so harsh and barely lasts except this bad lingering feeling of all the brain sells i damaged inhaling carcinogenic smoke, i cant stand people who dont clean their pieces regularly.. when you smoke you almost always run into some person who never cleans their shit and its so gross.

as much as someone might go on rampage for me saying this but smoking is literally a thing of the past, we dont live in the stone age anymore. i notice every person ive ever met who honestly believes smoking is better than vaping is simply because they have never used the right vaporizer.

ive hit out of tons of different bongs all pretty epic and nothing compares to the clean and powerful high i get from the dubaddha, its so clear minded and just feels so much better in every aspect nothing has beat it yet for about 5 years, before that i used the SSV which worked just as well and still out compared any and every smoking tool available..

i dont understand why vaping hasnt moved forward more or isnt more popular, we have used fire as a way of smoking everything since the beginning of time literally, so many better methods now.

to me its just too outdated, yea its great every now and then but ill never go back to smoking every day. the only way ill go back to smoking is when electricity doesnt exist anymore and i cant blow my own glass vaporizer..

totally agree. I thought it to be kinda trashy.. not very classy that I like

I ordered a whip thing for it, but yes the bag is the downfall of the volcano, but in a plus you have portable fun... so ....

lol i really find the bag debate amusing, really ghetto? we are all smoking marijuana that is kinda ghetto by definition who cares about a damn bag.

i could understand if you had something other to say about it then its look ghetto and thats your reason for not using it.

the only reason i hate the bags, is because the taste is not the same rather a direct hit from a whip, which i prefer the dabuddha over the herbalaire but the herbal is good for when friends are over most of them are too retarded to hit the whip properly. can get a very nasty stale taste if you dont clear the bags fast enough. vape gets stale just like smoke if it sits around.

anyway enough vape talk. all this vaping talk is making me want to vape. see yas later this week.

one last thing, bongs even with big stems will never stay as clean as any vaporizer. smoke sticks to the inside and forms a hard resin that not even a stick will scrape off, it has to be cleaned eventually with some type of cleaner. vaporizer is different, you can literally just whipe it clean everyday if you wanted to, just goes to show you how filthy smoking actually is.

its funny cause most people argue constantly over organic pot, but then they do nothing but smoke and could careless about vaporizing. if you care that much about being healthy id think you would vaporize no matter what but meh what do i know.

vaporizers also build up resin in the whip which makes some very fine hash if you havent tried by the way.. but it takes a long while before you notice it, unlike something you smoke out of it gets dirty immediately and smells like ass after one use, vaporizers dont do that either.

god damnit i need to stop responding... i cant help but give all the information in buying the best vapes around..

well you want that water filter feeling my friend, get a dabuddha. you inhale none of the mechanics, all sealed with glass whip and glass heating cover.

7th floor makes some of the best glass work ive seen in vaporizers, they also make their own water filter in many different varieties for only $80 bucks, i ordered mine 4 months ago and it made my dabuddha that much better, which it was awesome with out it. they are very nice check it out. cant believe i forgot to add that.

Give it time. It really has been moving forward it's just going to take a few more years.

I think a big thing is people getting over the price but hey people drop that much money on bongs all the time and vapes dont break nearly as easily lol.

At first i wanted to try to make my own, then i found this funny article saying not to and decided against it, read the volcano review and said fuck it and got the volcano.

http://www.vaporizerreviewsource.com/homemade-vaporizer-slap-no/

will i ever smoke combustion again? im sure from time to time ill be with friends where it will happen, but other then that, im in love with the volcano

I keep the vape low, and I take my time with it.

the bag - it's not elegant.

If the location of where this thread is posted is any indication...

we have used fire as a way of smoking everything since the beginning of time literally, so many better methods now.
Plus motherfucking juan. One of the downsides of vaping is also just that. So many damned different vaporizers that are so much fun to use.. There is no best vape.

to me its just too outdated, yea its great every now and then but ill never go back to smoking every day. the only way ill go back to smoking is when electricity doesnt exist anymore and i cant blow my own glass vaporizer..

I still combust when with friends but I hate it. And on the electricity not existing... Get a portable. MFLB, VG, Io, Supreme, Lotus - Ive loved all of these vapes in the past and have since sent them on to other prospective vaporists. But yeah, there is nothing like a couple of stems from my Myrtlezap or a huge vaporbong through the SSV. Combustion is a joke... <--- GO ahead and quote that :jump:

Exactly!! Ive always made the comparison of combustion to vaping as fucking (or jerking off) and making love.

Sure both of them have the same end result, but one of them you get to savor and enjoy. (Then come back to and enjoy again if you so choose) :D
