after june 1st would be a safe bet. I would start training them on a lesser light cycle while there inside now. switch them to 18/6

You should have started this process for a few weeks already. You have two issues:

Check your weather reports and tables for the first day of planting. Says June 1st?.
Beforehand start to acclimatize them to the outside for a few more hours every few days.
This is called "hardening them off".

Also you have to begin to adjust the plants for day/night natural lighting. They may flower and then go back to vegging until early Sept when the days naturally get longer and the plants want to bloom.

Search about the site for more info on these issues.

I dont know much about planting outdoors. What could happen, if I would be to plant them today? My girls have been coming outside for the last couple of days. What I think is a problem. Is that there always under 24h light

How old are they? If they are young seedlings get them outside light acclimated asap. If they are mature plants (showing sex) then if you put them out they will flower from my experiences.

6 months .they have always been under 24hr. they have never flowered. I did flower clones that came from them. The strain is bazooka

like everyone has said 1st you should have switched them from 24 hours to 16 or even closer to what they would be when they go outside... i check to see what the amount of time is each week and adjust.. i think normally it go's up about 2 minutes each day..

if they are 6 months old you should have started changing the light times like 4 months ago...

i would say anytime after now would be a good time to put them out.. just look at your weather forecast and see what they are saying... if you can get a day where it is going to rain for a bit at night that would be a nice day to put them out so they get a nice watering to help set in the dirt and such...

as for them going into flowering from the light change i would say there is a chance they wont... mind you it has happened to me... last year out of about 10 plants that where under 24 hrs light and about 3 or 4 months old only 1 pre flowered.. even the mother that had spent over a year on 24 hours didnt... im guessing strain may have to do with weather it has a higher chance or not.

and as for harding them off.... i have never done this... i know we have all seen the high times jorge cervantes growing films.. and it says to and other people say to and what not.... but i have never had a problem from not doing it.. i dont know.. maybe do it maybe dont.. its up to you.... mind you i live right in a city with not privacy in my back yard so i couldnt anyways.

i have always waited til mothers day and then it's ok, this year I am waiting til June, I have them in a window right now, so they get the cold nights... that's good enough for hardening off

in the past i have always just put them outside if the root system is developed... girls might be 6'' high... I am in BC tho, but that's not a big deal... just don't put them out and have it rain that night, know what i mean

you should be fine if put out today... make sure there is no frost at night and that's really all i make sure of...
