Avatar questions

Hi all

Didn't know where to post this so I'm doing it here.

I've noticed some peeps using gifs as they're avatars. Found a few I'd like to use but I cannot upload or use one.

Is there any way I can put one in as my avatar? How are others able to, but I can't?

You must subscribe to this site to have a animated avatar. Some ppl have it because they register long ago when there was no blocade on animated avatars. I hope this will help.
