felony convictions?

Could a 15 year old felony conviction for poss of LSD effect someone trying to grow your on med? If so what about the spouse? Whe she be able to get a card? thanks.

Each State is diff. In Mich I understand you can be a patient not a caregiver/grower. It should not effect your spouse either way. Good luck Mr Happy. They never caught me allegedly....

I'm not an attorney but think your wife would be fine but you may end up with a problem because of your proximity to the grow?

Thanks for the replies. For those of you that are legal to grow.. did they do state background checks or was it a fed check(finger prints? and did they have to run checks on everyone living in the house? I have ran into problems with this many times..school, jobs or whatever and alot of the times it not even brought up if the felony is over 8 years old. Thanks.. im looking to move a med state soon and just trying to feel it out.

You should really start the process of having it sealed... run a couple of grand, but might be worth it.

unsure what state your tryn to become a legal med patient but in my state NV yes they run a fed back ground check finger print card will be filled out. no as far as i know they only run back ground check on person applying for med card. from what i understand long as your conviction isnt for felony possion sales or trafficking you'll be ok'd

thats just from my understanding, i'm not a current or ex fellon DUI arrest in 1982 is all that will be found on me.

Thanks for all the replies. I wish i could have it sealed, i was in the army when i got, but hey.. i was young and from the hills and the army stationed me a hop skip and a jump from Amsterdam.. Masstritch(sp?) mostly.(i wish i could remember the name of that small coffee shop there. Soooo i lived it up!!! lol.. the lawyers have told me that a federal felony can not be sealed, sucks!!

I checked Maastricht Netherlands
You can go to Google maps and go up and down the streets looking for your old haunt.
I found many a places this way hell I've even gotten the phone number and addresses off the front door of places.
