Trying to open up my own collective/dispensary in California

you need to check with your city..alot of them have limits on how many dispensaries are allowed. Then a lawyer to get you started..the dispensary I work at has 2 shops....its so much work, good luck!

Money is not the issue please understand that... I want to do something for the long tern And give the herb the respect it really deserves. By no means do i think this is going to be easy...English is not my first language but I was born here... So I got my challenges already. I want to try and change the quality and experience in a dispensary that I see there is tons of room for improvement here in California. Again thank you for your input I appreciate Everyones help

Dont kno about Cali,but yeah lots of room for improvment. Just not a risk I am willin to take. I can "respect" my gurls by choosin who I deal with. Not everyone deserves my meds, or my time. Good Luck brudda! Hope u don't need it

I understand you are passionate, and that you have plenty of money.

However, it just does not make good fiscal/legal sense to start a dispensary, while LEOs and the DEA are doing smash and grabs all through SOCAL.

I want the growers and patients to feel welcome and give everyone something no purchase necessary. I want to provide patients with good meds grow advice and help with anything that is possible not trying to cash in lol did that when I was in Florida I'm here to give.

Thanx super when I made this thread I was super medicated like now and should have thought about a few things before posting and making myself look foolish. Anyways I hope I can give and provide quality and compassion to the California comunity... I feel that if I do the right thing... Always by the books and respect every single one and show them my gratitude things can go a long way... I'm willing to risk it all. I feel that there are so many unprofessional greedy places that mine should not be a major concern to anyone... I would follow all laws and put my shop at a location where I can almost be invisible to the public eye and always give back... I'm not taking any earning over sea but putting em back on to the dispensary to make it better for the patients... The community and to hopefully give growers what they deserve for their care and love of the herb that way the meds are up to standard . I don't have Internet yet this is all

Well if you must know I've worked for floridas "organized crime at it's best" there has been news papers... tv and all kinda of stuff about cats I knew and maybe me but nothing close.... Or bad I just loved growing.... Alot of cannabis hehe

Yes So cal!!! its been an amazing experience let me tell you! been working non stop 14+ hours a day for a while now from 8am-10pm every day... and I am happy to say that i can do it! done it!
like most of you told me to never come to cali.. because of the many reasons... you really have to follow your heart at the end you have to do what you love and love what you do.
