i thought wtf with a smile on m' face,then instinctively grabbed hold of it not believing my eyes!.

and yeah its a mushroom! ..i then put it back from where it came from,the best i could

its come from my exochiesel mother ive had in flower 7 week.
previous to this it was in vegge 'bout a year.

not a liberty cap is it? :)

Is that on your coco? Ive heard of mushrooms growing in coco before but never seen it..Peace

sure is. ..the white stuff isnt perlite [as it looks] ITS mold. could that possibly be the reason in some scientific way maybe d''ythink!?! :)

i once tried to grow magic mushrooms,i was unsuccessful so this is typical..lol spore'z come from somewhere.

Spores are abundant in the air and chances are you got one in your medium with the right conditions for a grow. I would suggest you not even FATHOM consuming that thing unless you have done a proper identification (which at a minimum would require a spore print)

This is something to take VERY seriously as the Amanita class (aka, ToadStool/DeathStool etc) are no joke... ALWAYS ALWAYS identify a fungus before you ingest it.

thx for advice buddy,but no i wasnt gonna eat it! :)

i have a book called psilocybin mushrooms of the world.on one of the illustrated pages it shows a bunch of 'deadlies' in a circle that they called 'the ring of death'. even if the stem turned blue when pressurized i'd still chuck it.

And for the record - yes, coco-coir is a commonly used medium for popping up cubes.
Growing shrooms was fun back in the day :D
