Choppers Not Flying This Season

They Eyeball in the sky will be there looking.
This so called lack of funds won't stop anything.
Besides in the Gov, there's no such thing as money, it's called Red Tape.

Last year the choppers concentrated on cartel grows on public lands in my area. It blows my mind how close to town some of these 1000+ plant grows are. Weapons, toxins, and environmental damage are always involved. Not only that, but I have heard that the folks tending the gardens may be held against their will.
When people become disposable like that, I feel this problem will never be solved.

I took this yesterday it's bird season folks
