i know its not the same but every year for years we smell weed growing in my mums garden, she doesnt grow but we still smell it, not all the time every now and again at night usually we get just a whiff, its bugged me for ages i even went as far as looking ove the neighbours fence to see if they had any, anyway i was over there the other day and happened to walk on theis creeping shrub with pink flowers, it grows along the ground like a mat in between the pond n patio, bang there was the smell again, turned out its been this plant all along and i swear if you done a blind sniff test youd never know.

as to hiding smell im not sure anything can, they use extrated bud in perfumes due to it strong pong.

any flowering plants or herbs lavander rosemary etc etc should help

Only problem is come begining of September lavender will pretty much be over.

Winter jasmins and Honey suckles' have a fairly sweet stench and should cover the period after the lavender is finsihed.

Junipers and other conifers will mask the smell on a warm day also but you'll have to wait for them to establish unless you but fully grown containerised specimens which can be pricy and better planted out in Feb.

Smells like rotting flesh when in flower.

imo nothing will hide the smell outdoors, you can mix other smells in with the weed smell, but nothing is going to stop your girls stinking (if you got some stinky strains on the go), all you need is a hot day with a slight breeze and you can smell the girls from miles away

We find smoking Cheese spliffs in the glasshouses masks the smell completely.. lol
Failing that we leave a bucket of urinated guano honey tea in there for a few days,, cause it smells like sick!:joint:

Basically , if you're smoking ganja at home,, then there's little use in being paranoid about 'the smell'. We just light another jostick :bandit:

We did introduce lavender, jasmin, and mock-oranges to the garden,, but mainly to help promote bees,, as well as thyme , mints, lemon balm and rosemary we eat,, which encourage butterflies to chill with us. Plus they all smell nice to touch :D

Note: always take care that introduced plants are pest-free when companion planting in the garden.

Hope this helps

Not really. If you smoking next to the grow ,, then people smell dope a lot quicker. That's just basic

Yeah mon,, if the weeds there ,, we smoke from sunrise to sun sett and passed that. (often sourced from the dankest genetics on the planet... Chemdawg last week,, who knows what next-week may bring) :joint:

Some neighbours thugging hate the smell im sure (live with it).. while others are more rounded and down to earth (they also live with it). IMO this is how society adapts,, and slowly accepts the aroma of ganja on the air. Hiding it sure doesnt help.. (unless your commercial..lol). Us personal-growers dont generally care for that... "arrest us today,, we'll sow seeds tomorrow" is the general attitude these sides.

note: I have a total f***-you approach to the smell,, which could have landed us years in prison so please do think first kids! Never used a carbon filter yet,, even over x100 indoor plants .. and probably never will. we LOVE the smell of ganja, its aromatherapeutic and natural in essence. Just living alongside that smell makes us more spiritual as humans,, it's now part of us,, regardless of any smoking... so we NEVER mask it out :canabis:

Much depends on a nice grow location,,, and the direct the wind is blowing .. haha :D
