Can I go from soil to coco?

I have some plants veging in 1 quart pots of soil. Can I transplant into coco and veg for a few additional weeks before I flower, or is it best to take fresh cuts?

Yeah just knock off most of the soil, get in there with your fingers and loosen it all off.

the soil will not be an issue.. if you want, use a hose to gently rinse the soil from the rootball before transplant

yes. good answer.
just make sure the water is room temp or on the warmer side. cold water will shock the plant.

Ive done that in the past i just try to wash off as much soil as possible then transplant into coco

Curious as to what problems you had. Going from soil to coco (or coco to soil) is pretty much fool proof...
