Any body who has been in the game for any amount of time knows what I am talking about when you get that "knock on the door."

I wake up and peek out the door FUCK ITS COPS.

Truly cop knocks are a pants shitting anomaly.

I had cannabis all over my couch table.

I let them in cuz the person they were looking for hadn't been here in months (no good deed goes unpunished. tried to help a bro and give a place to crash and dude gives my address to everyone)

I was totally crashed and asleep when they knocked.

I let them in AND at the same time (go figure how I sloppily - is that even a word? - got out of it) dragged my blanket over the coffee table full of a qp and dregs from last night smoke) WHILE THE COPS ARE RIGHT BEHIND ME to cover up my cannabis.

It has been about 30 minutes since they left.

They probably saw what I did. Am so embarassed amd scrared/

Thank you guys. They didn't have a warrant. BUT I have been "cop knocked" previously by these dudes and told them to gft cuz they didn't have a warrant.

Saturday morning. KNOCKKNOCKNOCK (who among us dosnt know that sound!) so I had a split second (a "split second is an american term for "rreally fast quick thinking")

Back in the day I was maybe 16-17 and some cops knocked on my front door. I said "who is it?" through the door. They said "we're looking for ___insert my name here___, we found his wallet and we want to return it."

I said, "I'm not dressed, could you just throw it in the mailbox?"

They said, "Sir, just step outside and claim your wallet."

I said, "Sorry guys, not dressed. You can leave it right there."

They left it and left.

I figured out later that they had found my wallet, run it, found my traffic warrant and were going to arrest me if I stepped outside.

Lucky for me I didn't.

I think I'm going to make a "smoking den" in my new place so that I don't ever leave a QP on my coffee table when I go to bed.

Why do you have a whole QP sitting out for personal, anyway?

My shit sits in mason jars in the dark and I keep a small amount in a smaller jar for smoking throughout the day.

Since you let them in voluntarily, I would think that they would have busted you on the spot. I could be wrong though, maybe they don't care, maybe they will go get a warrant, or maybe they will turn the info into another division of their department for further investigation.
If I was you I'd wrap shit up tight, maybe just a couple joints around max that way they if they do come back you'll have very little on you only a possession charge no paraphernalia no scales no extra baggies or large amounts and keep a close watch on who comes and goes at your place for awhile, they could be snitches trying to buy or sell large amounts or other prohibited substances. These are precautions I would take, depending on the severity of the charges in your area. Good luck brotha
