As a chronic pain patient, I admire your desire to get medical established everywhere. However, I find your characterization of "pot whores" to be pretty bizarre. I have smoked pot with innumerable women over the last 40+ years, and unfortunately had sex with very few of them. "It’s a given if a girl smokes pot with a man you know they had sex in one way or another." I think that a little more puritan mindset is seeping in than perhaps you would care to admit.

i'm a legal med patient and i've never herd of pot whores unless your talkn about 11-12 yr old inner city girls. and even then i highly doubt the pot whore scene

I can assure you not all Nurses have this perspective,do some years in the ER,and work the trauma rooms.The shit you see caused by alcohol,heroin,crack,dilaudid,morphine,percocet,ETC....ETC...marijuana is the least of whats wrong with society.I have met,and cared for every type of person,from every walk of life except a "pot whore".To the OP,it's unfortunate you feel this way,don't be so closed minded.If you really want to connect with your patients,especially the female gender of whom smokes.DONT PREJUDGE unless you plan on being a nurse manager where you're not at bedside interacting with the patient.To be a good nurse you must be a chameleon,and be able to gain the trust of the patient.The days of Florence Nightingale are over my dear.
