police helicopter buzzing my medical ghouse

i had a police chopper buzzing my totally legal medical greenhouse in middle of night/early morning. he was most likely using IR and FLIR I think b/c of the way he was flying back and forth from the side. well i'm totally on their radar now, how do i go about not getting my op raided by cops who rip up my plants and ask questions later????

p.s. i feel kind of violated i wonder how kids in the ghetto feel every day with this shit

ok because i have had the low swoops when we were outside but they made it look like they were circling across the street, and yup the boys in blue showed up, but first they investigated it for months and were so pissed when it was LEGAL. ahhh ahahahahahaha

but again had for years elsewhere high up circles cuz it was ag. land. never a problem

all you have to worry about is hydro giving you the inspection $3500 bill if they show up, but you don't pay that if it goes to court

I am 100% confident it was a specific sweep. It was the first night i left the 1k burning so it was very visible from the sky. i think he was doing his sweeps and noticed it and came by for a closer look. he did two passes. first time he came around and buzzed us fast and second time came by for a slower look alongside ghouse and it was obvious he was trying to stay away from treeline trying to get a close look. i just hope that if they raid they dont rip up my plants.. i got my license and actually i'm under plant counts!!!!! im under no legal obligation to inform a police service of my personal medical activities and its their prerogative to waste time investigating this harmless way of life.

I'd really be surprised at a pass over w a 1K... that would mean anyone running a space heater on low will be buzzed... an electric water heater & dryer will each use 4x the power of your single light... and vent out a big ol plume of hot air.

1kw wouldn't even be noticable on flir...
if they are specifically flying you then there is some other hole in security leading them there.

i talked to the pilot. turned out he lives nearby and got curious on his sweeps. hahaha hes buddies with someone i work with, what a small world.

sounds like a load of bull to me...so u magically get in contact with this police pilot who claims he got curious and was zooming over your house?

not to mention how expensive fuel is for a copter, but your story sounds like u want some attention
