As long as it's not to packed in there. Remember humidity climbs when temps go down and charcoal filters lose ability in humidity,I forget what percent
I run a 4x8x6 FULL only got PM once, since then exhaust is 24/7. Never had it again.

I think its better to exhaust 24/7 because of security reasons. If you keep a negative pressure on your room, with all the smelly air going thru your filter, you're less likely to leak any smells.Aside for the fact of controlling your humidity and having better odds against getting PM and mold.Just my 2 cents.

run ventilation 24/7 !

bud rot prevention! (that alone is worth it!)
and plants "breath" during the night (give 'em fresh air!)

Keep that air stirred and flowin', man. Leave the vents and the oscillators running. When your canopy is full, you don't want one minute of stale or overly humid air, you're just inviting PM and botrytis.

think 'outside' air movement unrestricted.

stale humid air will reduce growth, especially in conjunction with cool temps, and may lead to overwatering problems...

fan 24/7.

I run my room ventilation when the lights are on through a 750CFM fan hooked up to a filter with 47 lbs of carbon. When the lights shut off the dampers close and a few minutes later a timer turns on. Connected to the timer is a dehumidifier, a separate small carbon filter and fan, a window AC unit, and a fan. When the room is on there is no smell. When the room is off it is sealed pretty damn good and there is no smell. If you aren't gonna run ventilation during lights out you should have dampers to help keep things under control.
