So they say never count your chickens before they hatch. Of (8) plants, I ended up with 4 females. 3 of them will stay on 12/12 and the other will be cloned and vegged... The ratio could have been better but now they have some room to stretch their leaves and relax... Doors open in 3 hours so Ill post some new pics of the new threesome then.

Peace

hey all sorry for no posts for a while, ive been really busy lately..No excuses I know! So from the 8 I got 3 nice females and moved 2 other strains from my computer case to the cab for the last weeks or so. A lemon skunk and a thai x timewarp x ?? of which were both grown organically. Things are looking good and I plan on revegging 1 of the NL's as she is SSOOOOO pretty and Im kicking myself for not cloning her earlier. 1.5 zips a NL is what im going for and maybe 1.5 zips with the other two. Never count your chickens..I know. Pics soon,

Lookin good man. I grow in a small cab with a 250w as well. If your Atomic NL is anything like my Atomic Jam, which I'm sure it is, yer gonna be happy with the result.

Not sure about 1.5 oz x 3, but good luck.

https://www.icmag.com/ic/picture.php?albumid=33196&pictureid=777276 Hey all been a while since Iv'e posted here...I finished up with this crop got a little over 4 zips...No pics to report but I made some seeds and am almost finished my first self made seed run. One of the NL's last run went hermie on me ( I have NO light leaks or known stresses/all other plants very healthy) I pulled it immediately but one of my females got pollinated. I ended up with about 50 seeds. So far Im 11/11 females. I shit you not. Im thinking I may have made feminised seeds by complete accident or I just have VERY good F/M ratio. Anyways, heres some pics of my current 2 NL's. The larger bush was fed synthetic ferts and the smaller only high quality organics. Took clones off each as Im happy with them for different reasons.

Hey MagicChef - like your cab...can you point me in the direction of it's design/build specs?

Looks like you flower on the right under hps? Cooltube? Does it scrub into the top left of the cab?

Veg is lower left yeah? Cfl's? How are the temps? How do you ventilate?

Sorry about all the questions...just looks cool!

Hey welcome...
Killer- Thanks meng
The Hummus Monk- Your correct. I flower on the right side under 250w HPS sometimes go to 275w with the lumitek ballast. In the veg side I run anywhere from 50-100w of CFL's. Sometimes Ill take my veggers as soon as the budding is done and hit them with a MH for a couple days before flipping them. Air is drawn in passively through a false bottom and PVC light traps to a second elevated light trap plywood cut just an inch shorter than the perimeter of my box. Air is drawn throught a 4'' vortex fan on speed controller externally mounted to the outside top of the cabinet. I insulated a tupperware tote to hide the noise of the vortex. All air is drawn commonly through both chambers to the top utility room, through a DIY scrubber. The flower side is cooltubed and works well. I dont have any problems with heat as I only run about 5 degress over ambient so Im about 75 F. Veg is about 20'' x 16'' 20''' ish, flower is 32'' x 45'' x 20'' ish.

MC - Thanks for the detailed response. Looks sweet! Didn't quite follow the PVC bit of your description...the false floor bit.

Each room (veg and flower) have pvc 90 degree elbows as intake holes. Each PVC has a filter on it. The picture of the veg side shows the pvc 90's from the top. The holes are a snug fit which allows to twist them out easily for cleanings. The flower side picture shows the plywood standoff lighttrap that rests over top the PVC 90's. It makes for a nice clean looks and gets lets more room in for pots.

Nice plants & cab! Very clean. Looks like you have a DIY filter--how thick is the carbon layer and what kind of cfm do you pull through it? Any problems with smell leaking through?

Thanks for the up's. The scrubber is 16'' long x 6" wide and I pull through approx. 2'' thick of carbon. The vortex is 172 cfm or close, and this scrubs both the veg and flower rooms. The only hindsight I have on this set up is if you have the veg side open which incorporates the utility room too, air bypasses both rooms and goes straight through the scrubber. I have plans to make a third hinged door, a smaller one for the utility room.

A couple pics tonight. Watch out, my hired security is standing guard. My smaller NL from seed that I have only been feeding organically is probably going to finish a few days sooner than the larger one also from seed. I fed once more with 1/2 strenght nutes on the bigger today, having a couple weeks left thats probably the end of the food for her.
Any feed back on straight water flush vs. Synthetic flush? The only real benefits of the synth. that I can see is that you might be able to feed a week or so longer.
Peace.
