What`s Wrong With These?

Here are a couple GDP Haze growing in organic soil being fed nothing but guano tea and organic boosters(big bloom etc..etc.) I noticed this problem after a light feeding of tea. The problem starts at the top of the plant and works its way down. Some leaves are almost lime green as well as burnt tips and slightly burnt edges. My other GDP Haze are doing just fine with no issues at all. Thanks in advance to anyone who may have an answer

nute burn, but its not really that bad at this point, maybe your soil already was warm and then you added more nutes?

if it is nute burn, there isnt much damage like 2cents said, so all you need to do is cut back on your feeding or flush them with plain water

hope this helps :dance013:

not too sure on this one, might be overfeeding (nute burn) or a heat problem from your lights..

Not light burn, temps are a steady 74 degrees f, nute burn it probably is

nute burn, but its not really that bad at this point

Thanks for the input 2cents. Looks like you and thcinfused are on the same track. Guess I will have to reduce the strength of tea for these ladies.

because its on the serated edges and not just the tips im gonna guess its a lockout rather than burn (could be both)

get an idea of what the runoff PH is.. If I'm right it'll probably be somewhere around 5.5

This is my 1st time having any issues with organic growing. Am I supposed to flush the medium like synthetic growing, then replenish with a good feeding or do I just give a lower dose of flowering food?

Just quit feeding them you said you add stuff and it seems to be too much.

I prefer organic mixes that are add water only personally. Check out blazeoneups mixes he has 2 that do very well the one based on miracle grow organic soil is as easy as it gets with fantastic results. I add EWC tea and molasses every once in awhile if even that.

A lot of people who switch to organics and did not start that way tend to want to add things as habit and the best thing about growing organics is not having to mix anything but water and ph balance....

Err, have you considered the simplest option of watering without fertilizer for a short while?

That's what I'm doing now. Just wanted to cover all grounds and miss nothing.

I successfully finished some c99 and sensi star all organic. For the most part my soil mix is add water only. Usually once a month(maybe twice)they get a guano tea or if in late flower where heavy p/k is used they may get a shot of big bloom but that's about it.

I obviously need to make some changes and I appreciate you pointing me to blazeoneups mixes. You are right, switching to organics "all of a sudden" I still sometimes think like a synthetic grower....wanting to add shit that is not needed. I'm still getting used to just letting the soil feed the plant and if I am feeding anything it should be the soil. Thanks again for your input 40,stay safe and keep it GreeN!
