WHAT IS HAPPENING?

GH Florabloom + Floramicro (0-8-16), ebb&flood 45L ( 12 US GAL) reservoir

5 weeks into 12/12

I am not sure whether to go for full 950 ppm (0,5 conv) Lucas (or aim higher to 1200-1300ppm) or just add AN Big Bud (1-17-38 NPK).. The plants are pretty yellowish, as you can see.. They would need Nitrogen but I am chopping the bitches in 4 weeks (28 days), so I wouldn't want to ruin the taste of buds, but I'd also like to get a good yield.

Help me decide, here you go;

Please help me ASAP! :tiphat:

PH down ec up means your plants are drinking more water than nutrients and its concentrating your solution in your res. Bring down your PPM. Whats your ventilation and RH like? If the plants transpire more, theyll drink water even faster. My EC is at 1.2 and everything looks golden. lucas at around 5/10

A certain person told me recently to chart ph and EC daily. After i read this post I understand why its easier than every 5 days (thanks FB) and hope this helps bro.
Good luck

Are you mixing in tap or R/O water? If R/O, you may want to add Cal/Mag as a deficiency can cause nutes to lock out.

Tap water..

Ventilation... Well I have a 18" fan pushing air out of the room / oscillating cooling the plants, and RH goes usually around 40-60% during day (most common being 57% or something like that), and a bit more at night.

Should I add nutrients because now the systems #1 and #2 are drinking the nutes like crazy, or so the numbers seem to tell me?

I agree that if ur ppms are rising and ph is dropping then ur plant is taking up more water than nutes. I wouldnt add anymore nutes and would just stay on top of keeping the ph in the upper 5's. At this point in flower you wouldnt want to put a bunch more nute in em since harvey is 3-4 weeks away

Yeah I will chop in 27 days...

So no nutes, keep pH in check...

What about flushing? I have MgO 8% which I could use to flush, e.g. water + that...

And for how long? 2 days OK? 3? 4? 5?

Hey, I would keep the nutes in the reservoir until like 14 days from harvest, then use straight water. Definitly want to flush. you know when the plant is flushed bc all the leaves will be yellow. Keep that PH at 5.7 5.8 or so. Good Luck!! :jump:

Oh and you can cut off some of those super yellow leaves that have no nutrients stored in em no more
