^^^ those are probably gonna take a good amount longer then normal clones because flowering plants tend to be finished with there root systems

for sure bro. Even one week ago would have been better than today but... you play the cards your dealt i guess. I just found out today that the moms that these came from had been lost so, not really much i could do. They can have as much time as they need but i think after a month or 5 weeks if there are no roots there probably never will be. btw, the light is on 24 / 0 now.

Has anyone else found that plants from clones taken in flower tend to be WAY more branchy and thus sometimes yield more? I noticed that on a few strains that a similar situation happened on many years ago

If i recall the strains were Sweet Tooth # 3 and Ice.

hahahah im sure they going to throw some roots down,

i did that before, just take a bit longer to root

if so i will need a place to back up the genetics better than i did on this one ha ha.

Keep an eye out for these two. There is only one of each in the flowering tent but if they are glistening like they are starting off to they will be moved to my perm mom area.

ive used the DM+saturator with good results....so the alien is known the hermie?


i run the platinum OG too...very similar to SFV in my opinion but less stretchy....good smoke though!

the LVPK is something special you should keep a mother!

The Alien throws nanners (every time) but none of them are fertile. I didnt know that before so I tossed my alien mom because of these nanners but then everyone here in SD ran it and no one has had any beans. Niether did I. I did hear that when using Sat w/ reverse the Alien comes out AMAZING. This is my first attempt but the buds i got last time were a solid 8/10, maybe 8.5 so if the reverse makes them better.. well, i am excited to see that.

Aliendawg - I really love this girl. She is the ultimate for grows without a lot of vertical space. A perfect bush. The only (minor) disadvantages to the Alien are #1) She is hard to clone, usually taking abt a week longer than other strains #2) She is a semi-slow vegger and finally, #3) She is a nute whore esp Cal/Mag.

Just a few pics as i get started on the harvest.

At nine weeks. I was planning to go to ten but i found a little bud rot on account of the carbon filter (exhaust to the tent) came unplugged just a enough to not make contact inside to turn on the fan. It looked plugged in... but that brought my humidity to 100% for a few days. Bummer huh?
