carbon filters

anyone know the average life span of a carbon filter as i have a bit of a smell problem ..

If the humidity get s above sixty they get wet and stop working i find .If you keep humidity down 12 mths replace charcoal.. I had same problem . B

Too many variables for a "one size fits all" answer. Are you sure the fan and filter are matched?

yeah the filter is way more than the fan, have been using it for about 15 months with no problem thanks for the advice freezerboy
