wiring help needed

Hello, i bought a new 400w hps kit but i cant wire it, can someone explain me how to wire this,

this is coming from the socket

this is a cable which come with it

this is another cable

this is the ballast

this is the ignitor

and this is the power socket

i have no idea how to setup this and make it work, please help

lolz....the diagram is right on the ignitor and the ballast.....
