Under Current Sealed Room Plans

hey guys,

looking to share and gather ideas for a room i plan on piecing together. please see the attatched word document. there are a few areas i need help with for sure ...

1. what size dehumidifier for this room? i don't know the size of room just yet but maybe a guess based on size of grow?

2. how many watts will my mini split pull? (i have an estimate factored in)

3. estimate on propane usage and costs

4. reservior ideas

5.any recommendations to make things better or more efficient such as product changes. i'm sticking with only 2000 watts so no changes there though.

i'm sure i'll come up with a few more questions but that's all for now.

* notice profits are listed just for comfort of recouping costs. this will be a personal grow to supply meds to me and a few other people. if there's any excess i will sell to local dispensaries but this is doubtful except for recouping costs.

the a/c may be overkill but i wanted to make sure the co2 gen heat and water chiller heat are factored in. does this seem like a good size? the lights will NOT be air cooled

also, i'm aware that the numbers aren't pure as i haven't factored a few ongoing costs such as mediums, bulbs, nutrients, etc. some are accounted for throughout the first few runs but that is all.

Ditch the shades go vertical in coco,4,000 btu per light so overkill on Ac is ok it will work less and room for expansion,50 pint dehuey.stadium style get the most GPW least amount of maintenance. And if it was me get rid of co2 go with passive intake way cheaper to run keep temps down .JMHO B

for certain reasons, it has to be sealed ...

well it started as an excel spreadsheet and is pretty detailed. opening in excel allows manipulation to acheive updated outputs for changed inputs. however, ic would now allow excel file types to be uploaded so i transferred into an ic compatible word doc. the file is tiny and will take a split second to open. if you dont want to download, select the link then choose open instead of save...

Open downloads too, lol. You can post up the screenshot to IC vs into a word file.

Sounds like overkill on the AC for 2kW, but if you're doing a minisplit, do it once and do it right for sure.

I like sealed rooms, you control co2, but you are responsible for temps humiditys 24/7. I use a 90 pint for a 12 by 20 room with 6 lights on movers aircooled for this one. The condensate is safe and tests near zero ppms. I use it for foliar spray dilution. I have been going with 1600ppm co2, til a couple weeks before finish then I drop it to 1200. I use tanks the generator puts out too much heat. I run my chiller in the next room and pipe through the wall. rez too. all ballasts are outside and cooled by fans. Maybe this wil give you some ideas. My undercurrent system uses electrolysis to create oxygen, expensive at start up but easy. O2grow.com
