had to bump this thread. probably my favorite thread out of any cannabis related website i've posted or lurked on. HAVE to try this soon

This is sort of like a rub joint. I've only ever heard of rub joints, never made one myself. I think rub would work much better than weed tho.

1. During trimming get a shit ton of rub and a WET straight stem.

2. Wrap rub all the way around the stem so its a thick complete layer.

3. Let the moisture dry from the stem. stem will shrink. pull stem out.

now you have a hollow tube of finger hash.

4. Smoke that bitch!

If i was sitting on lbs i'd try it but I'm stuck with club weed at the moment, that'd be burning money to me. Plus the addicting part of smoking to me is the act of smoking itself! Theres nothing more satisfying than a fresh swisher and rolling up a nice blunt, or joint, or packing nice fat snaps in the bong!! It's half the fun.

I take my tiny nug and use the toothpick instead of a nail. It works awesome. I'm so high right now and can still taste the strawberries. Best of all I took picture on my phone like a stoner. At some point tomorrow I'll try to get them from my phone to post them hear. It's awesome. It was like a Mcgyiver moment for sure. And I stank up the whole house, someone just woke up and went downstairs, wupps. Cool, i'll try to show pics at somepoint, need to write an ill song.

awesome story and great writing. I had the pictures in my head, you sneakin around the house, playing mcgyver! Very nice man!
And I have to try this smoking technique next harvest. Thank you for the idea!

How to smoke a bud like a joint.

Take a good sized bud, the bigger and longer better. Pine cone shape works best, but I've done it with much smaller. The first time I saw this done was with a 4-5 g piece of OG kush grown by a fellow ICM'er. Take a thin nail and insert in the middle of the back wider end of the bud. Don't let the nail penetrate the front. So with the nail inside the middle of the bud going almost to the tip of the front, use your fingers and begin to firmly compress the bud around the nail. Just rotate the bud and apply pressure squeezing it with fingers for a few minutes. Use thumb, index and middle finger on both hands. Try to keep the shape of the bud intact, it should get a bit smaller and thinner. You should really compress the bud rupturing the oils on the surface making it almost hard, but don't apply too much pressure. Now take a lighter and light the front tip of the bud. Hold the flame to the tip for a while, like lighting a blunt that wont stay lit. After about 30-45 seconds or more blow on the tip and you should have it lit and cherried. Now pull out the nail and you have a chamber through the middle of the bud. Use both hands at first till the cherry is stable and smoke like a joint, pulling from the hole where the nail went in.
Now you can enjoy smoking a bud through a bud. Awesome!
Great for parties and large smoking cyphers. Best taste without vaping, no paper. Some one should try it and post pics. Maybe I will later tonight if there's any interest. Let me know how it works for you guys.

I tried something similar to that once. instead of putting a nail and a hole in the bud and compressing the flower I actually just put the flower in between my finger tips like a doobie then fired my lighter up started to inhale fast and deep while I put the flower near the flame if you catch the flower in a good place, the flame does it's job, the flower does it's job, and my lungs got filled with good strong smoke and my friends were amazed. So I told them they need not to talk anymore about those single flowers not being used to roll up or pack in the vape or their bongs and to bring your pad and pencil next time they want to see me go at it with mary jane.

Take a match book cover and roll it up (called a crutch for you youngsters). Put a bud in it with the majority of the bud sticking out the end. Light up and enjoy.

I noticed that people have been discovering and posting in this thread again so I decided to smoke a bud and take some pictures. Now I'm nice and relaxed after a long day of working on the plants and pollinating branches.
