what strains did you have there?

also did you have any problems with heat? or bleaching of the leaves?..my 400 hps almost seemed to be to much for my box..

i might have to put an inline fan on my light this grow..still debating

Hey Everyone! So its been a little while since I have posted but things look like they are heading in the right direction now..im around 5 weeks veg..i have to say this has been one of my slower veg's, but I think its been mainly because the colder outside temps..the last couple weeks my growth has really picked up


Super Lemon Haze's -so far I have one SLH that is my best looking plant and the the other is my worst..my last super lemon haze did ok outside but it started out looking funky like this runt I have..I am not quite sure if i should flower it with the rest or try planting it outside somewhere to see what it does (runt SLH not pictured)



Vanilla Kush- This plant is looking a lot better these last couple weeks as well..it has some very broad leaves, which I know its an Indica, but they are big for the overall plant size, which is pretty cool to me..it appears to be very compact and bushy



Sleestack x Skunk- This is another plant that has taken off too..the seed stayed on the seedling longer than usual so one of its first leaves did not grow..so the first couple weeks it looked deformed, but has really turned out to be a beautiful plan




I just transplanted all of these into 3 gallon pots a few days ago so probably in another week or so I will be switching to 12/12...again not sure quite yet what I am going to do with the runt/deformed SLH..not looking for no hermi's in there..

Thanks man! umm well the last couple days the smaller SLH is starting to look a lot better..i think the transplant really helped..so my plan now is to just keep it in with the rest for flowering..I am un-decided as far as when to start flowering..either mid-week or next weekend..

I tried something diff this time for fertilization..i added in osmocote plant food in my potting soil mix..ive been reading a lot of people doing this with great results vs spending lots of $$$ on other options..I am excited to see the results..so only water from now till harvest

well the time is here 12/12!! took a couple cuttings off my best SLH and the Vanilla Kush..put some root cloning powder on them and outside they go..just an experiment to see how they will do..let the fun begin.!!!

Whats up everyone? hope all is well with all the chaos around us..smoke while you can..u never know when your last

so..pretty much its been 2 weeks since I switched to 12/12..a week in i switched to my 400 hps..temps are mid-lower 80's so I am thinking of trying to build my own cool tube..once I get the materials togethor I will put it togethor and post some pics..would like to have that done in a few weeks..other than that plants are doing great..my Sleestack x Skunk is a male.. so my plan is pollinate a few bud sites on my fem Vanilla Kush and Super Lemon Haze..

the only reason i am doing that is because the smell from the Sleestack x Skunk is great and its a very healthy plant..we shall see..

but as far as the Vanilla Kush and Super Lemon haze they are starting to grow some nice bud sites..

thanks Solid!..how r your tangerine dreams doing? I really wanted to do that strain this grow but never ordered in time..I think im going to order some TGA stuff next go around..the Jilly Bean, Qleaner, and Querkle are what im contemplating..i've got a few clones of the VK and SLH..so those would make a nice cross..

thanks dude! yeah i didn't take any pics of my second SLH..its still pretty pitiful looking compared to its big sister..but it seems to have more of a lemon candy smell vs the one i just posted pics of..although it has a great lemon smell..i just hope it gets more lemony which I'm sure it will..the growth on the bud sites are really starting to take off now

Wazzup!..after battling some heat issues with my 400 watt hps..instead of building a cooltube..I slowly switched my flowering hrs to where they are on during the night..now temps dont get much above 80 F.. I gathered some pollen from the male Sleestack x Skunk and pollinated a branch on the SLH and Vk..hopefully I will get a few seeds off each..here are some pics of the Super Lemon Haze and Vanilla Kush..what do you all think?

@Mr Frual- a little heads up, that acu rite hygrometer you're using is consistently unreliable. I have the same one, but only use the temp function. The RH readings are usually 20% below where they should be. Just a friendly tip.

appreciate the tip..I only use it for the temp as well..never really had an issue with humidity levels..you growing anything right now?

Things starting to kick along now, will be really interesting from here on in, i been subbed all the way, and cant wait to see how they finish, and how long they take to do so. You're kind of doing a test grow for me, before i pop my own. Top stuff m8.

Hey Solid! Thanks ..I think both plants strectched about atleast 3 times they're original size from veg..I still have my runt SLH which is doing a lot better than I thought..but my biggest SLH is really turning into a true beauty..beautiful haze appearance like the Super Silver Haze and the nice Lemony smell of the Lemon Skunk..the VK is showing true Indica traits as well..big bushy leaves ..with a very thick main stem..i have really had to tie down the lower branches to move out of the way of the big fan leaves..the VK smell is very umm..well kushy..but has a very sweet smell..I am interested to see how accurate the "vanilla" smell is..but I appreciate you being along for the ride and your encouraging comments..I hope to have some gorgeous budz at the end..

I hope so to farmdalefurr!..I hate yours didn't turn out ...this is the first time ive tried growing Barney's..i have a Pineapple Chunk Fem seed..just haven't used it yet..my next grow is going to have some TGA SubC stuff..they're strains look great!
