secret jardin darkroom tents?

i just had a dr240w implode on me when a plastic support failed. running neg pressure with a 6" vortex exhausting 2 super sun IIs on a thermostat. was cool for over a month and one morning i came home to my lights on the bottom of the tent still on cooking a plastic tray and some very unhappy plants to say the least... i have 2 dr60s, a dr120 and a hydrohut kindergarden... the dr240w just can't handle the stress over time i think; i mean it's basically 2 120s with shared supports in the middle; still the same thin plastic molded guides. i think i'm going to be buying a home box xxl in the future.

i am wondering if are the secret jardin or homebox safe from the termal camera from the helicopter if they look in to my house?

If " THEY " are " thermal camera from the helicopter " on you its already too late and that have a case on you and they just need proof to make a stronger case. Odds are they have been watching your house for a while and are about to raid it.

And as far as Choppers and planers flying over. I live at the take off end of a military air base. there is at least 5-10 choppers, 1-2 Fighter jets fly right over my house every day. been here many years NO IR protection of any kind, and i have never had a issue.

I've just received the smallest version of the dark room(DR40). Unfortunately, I don't know what to do to prevent light coming in through the ventillation "windows" on the bottom...
Moreover, I don't know exactly how to mount the ventillator itself..
Maybe somebody who already has such a grow tent could help me..

I have the dr60. I put a dryer vent hose in the intake hole and leave it to hang down outside the tent. This blocks most light coming in.
The tent should come with 2 canvas straps, you hook these over the support bars and hang your exhaust fan and filter off them. You might need another strap like I did. Ace hardware has em.
Or you can stick a dryer vent hose in top outlet hole and then on top of tent have your fan blowing into the filter. More room inside that way.

I have two of the 5X10 Secret Jardin rooms, can't remember the number. I'm having problems with temperature inside the tents. They are in a garage that has high ceilings about 25X20X15. I haven't even turned my 1000's on and the temps hit a high of 92 and low of 65. I'm using 6" can fans to vent the tents into the can33 filters putting negative pressure on the tent. How can I control the temperatures in these tents efficiently without cooling the whole garage? Please help, clones are almost ready to go into their tents! Thanks

Could someone with a secret jardin tent please tell me, do they have an option for a shelf like the budboxes do? I need to raise my system up a few feet but I'm unsure if I can with the secret jardin.

yes,use the same budbox shelf to fit your tent,they fit any tent of same size

dont use the budbox shelf system it wont hold a thing . you are best off getting some 2x2 and making a shelf . . .

I have a dr120 secret jardin tent and it is awesome, had it for about 4 years now, perfect for veg and no light leaks at all, THICK material/zippers and stitching is quality compared to others ive bought.

Wow these Dark Rooms sounds fragile.

Anyone try the Intense line? They look sturdy as hell.
