Trying to make an Aerated Tea, with stuff I already have.

Hey everyone. Just transplanted my plants to SuperSoil last night, and I wanted to make a batch of Tea, to use in on my ladies, and even in me veggie garden. Now here's a list of shhhtuff I already have. I am FULLY aware of EWC and Alaskan Humus being very beneficial, but..... I'm out of EWC, and just spend alot of $$$$ on more Roots Organics so I need to use what I have available to me.

I have some ladies that are @ about 40-45 days from seed, and some cutting that are about 60 days from rooting, and will be put into flowering in about 2, maybe 3 weeks. So if ppl won't mind helping me in coming up with recipes, I would highly appreciate it.

Here is the list of things I have, that I might be able to use.

Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses
alfalfa meal
kelp meal
steamed bone meal
Bloom bat guano
blood meal
rock phosphate
sweet lime (dolomite)
azomite (trace elements)
powdered humic acid
Epsom salt

Bio-Bizz:
Bio-Heaven
Fish-Mix
Alg-a-Mix(cold pressed seaweed)
Top Max
Root Juice

General Hydroponics:
Bio Marine
Floralicious Plus

Botanicare:
Liquid Karma
Original Pure Blend(Not Pure blend PRO!)

Was wondering if say Fish Mix, Kelp Meal(OR) Alfalfa Meal, and some Blackstrap Molasses would be a good veg tea.

Could I use the powdered Humic Acid also???

If I can use any of JUSt these items for a tea, please tell me at wat ratio do I mix it?

compost tea is a culture made from aerated water, compost, and food.


you are asking for a way to culture compost or worm castings without using any compost or castings.

My understanding super soil is a water only mix. You have plenty of ingredients for a nutrient tea, but nutrients are not needed in super soil. A good microbe tea probably would not hurt, but for microbe tea you need microbes from somewhere like compost or ewc. I find it strange you have all those nutrients and can not afford a bag of ewc. I would skip the teas till you can come up with a bag of ewc......scrappy

you need a starter culture to get things going. No culture, no multiplication. Peat has been known to be pretty diverse, If I were you I'd find some bamboo growing near you or a nice forest with lots of leaf mulch covering the spongy forest floor.

The new rosebud has an article about tea's. Even know they are owned by AN. But they say get a bucket 5 gallon. 1 bag filled w/ earth worm castings and dried sea kelp. Dump into bucket. Then fill with water and 60ml Sensizym, 60ml Liquid Pirahna, Voodoo, Tarantula.
60ml of either B-52,Nirvana or Organic B.
60ml of either Bud Candy, Carboload, or Unsulphated molasses.

Sounds like a waste of mycorrhizae fungi since they need roots to attach to and multiply. I wonder what form of mycorrhizae they even use. AN is just trying to make money of a free practice. Marketing microlife at that price is like going to a high price hooker when your girlfriends a bi-sexual porn star....

It would be a good tea as long as you left out all the AN crap.

bubble the water for a few hours till its oxygenated and de-cholorinated (I go 6+ hours)
add the molasses
add a little kelp
mix in a handful of either live compost, or organic, live soil.
If no good live soil, use the AN

BTW organics should be cheap cheap cheap

If its costing you an arm and a leg, you're doing it wrong

How is that strange?? Heres a dickhead answer for u! U think that in 4 years of growing, buying nutes, some would build up? I was always trying new stuff, just to see results I would get.

The Whole Supernatural Brands, and I even have CO2 pucks from these guys(Also 1 of my favorite nutes, and My favorite powder nute, and the EASIEST to use. THROW UR PENS AWAY)
THE WHOLE Botanicare Supplement Line AND ZHO innoculant, in conjunction with CNS 17 Grow, and I also have RIPE. However I have never used any of Botanicare's Bloom ANYTHING, except for finishing a few plants with Ripe 1 grow.(Botanicare also an easy product to use, as long as u dont use their liquid compost additives(Liquid Karma, Orig. Pure Blend[not Pure Blend Pro]) pH will stay put!)
The whole GH Flora Series, and FloraNova, with ALL their additives, and Bio Marine.

Does it matter if some were bought and some were free. U ever think maybe I might have gotten hooked up, by possibly even nute companies themselves! and furthermore... Maybe I know someone or even PPL that work at one or more hydroponic store, or ANY gardening store where I can obtain such gardening products. My wife, might have bought it as a gift, cause I enjoy growing. Or maybe I bought it all with hard earned sweat money. But none of that mattered..... But how about this...... U found it all ssoooo sooo so freakin strange that someone had a passion for growing, and for different growing styles, and media, I would use different nute regime, and some built up........

But better yet. Hows this for an answer. 1 1/2 months ago, made a 6 bags of Roots Organic(at $25 a bag, so u do the math) Supersoil, and that includes all ferts and amendments. Unfortunately I HAD to use ALL the EWC and Alaskan Humus, do to a calculation mess up, so to even the ratio out, I had to ad more to the batch. Not to mention all the containers, saucers cause I only did a small Soilless grow, and the biggest pots I had were were 3 gallons(so all together that was about over $300.
Then a week later spent a couple of hundred on beans from the seedbank. Then I broke my finger about 4 weeks ago, lost my job about 2 weeks ago, after spending $$$$ on Dr for finger, then the medication, plus add all the money I spent 2 weeks ago.
Transplanted 3 weeks ago, so need MORE RO, so there went another $100 Oh yeah, than my brother who I havent seen in a year came to vacation here with his wife and child, so lord knows how much him and I spent in a week of , living laughter and loving each other.

BUT WAIT...... IT GETS BBBBBBBETTER!!! Now today is the 3rd, so a few days ago I wrote a bunch of checks out like most of us do.
Let me break out the check book.....
$1000 for rent
$350 for lights
$400 for Child Support(dont have an exwife with kids, or never admit to the kids being yours if u cant pay for them, tell her its ur best friends, and he fu@$*d her while she was passed out the 1 drunken evening. (SHE WONT REMEMBER, Odds are if shes ur Ex, she probably had the hots for him or her anyways! Unfortunately for me, my ex-wife didnt drink, nor smoke, so thats why I got stuck with the Child Support, damn I should have married a drunk whore!)
$70 for insurance
$110 for Cable
$225 for family plan cellphones(u kno them smartphones gotta have thos3 internet plans also, so thats $30 for internet a phone at 3 phones, then unlimited messaging package, oh yeah, that costs $$$$ too)
Not to mention GAS for the car to get around to look for jobs!

Oh yeah, wife's car is a goner, so we gotta get her another car!(So theres a couple of grand there)

Now city/town is 15-20 minutes away, and the gardening stores are about 30 minutes away, in an area I rarely go to, unless I need to go to the gardening store, cause theres nothing else out that wat cause it's in the university part of the city.
So at $4 a gallon of gas u tell me, why my priority list isn't going to spend $5-$20 dollars on EWC, and trying to use what I have if possible.

I think I dont have to keep goin with my life story, so heres the moral of the story!

Now heres the enlightening part, if it hit u. Did I really have to go thru all that, for u to understand, or not find it strange, NO! For all u know I might have written ALL that just to make u sit here and read it,and it could all be a lie. Unfortunately its ALL true, and there was no reason for me to explain myself, I did it for a reason.......There was NO reason for ur comment. Just sticking to the thread, and my ??? would have sufficed. Which was simply put.... can I use any of the LISTED items in an aerated tea, w/O compost or EWC, THATS IT! as for the expensive huge list of stuff at the top of the thread. your FAR better off using the stuff how its supposed to be used. IF you are set on a tea of some kind for some silly reason. you can make an alfalfa tea for veg. the rest is best top dressed or amended.

I knew a guy once who had every bottled nute you could imagine. A whole room full of bottles,on shelves all over the floor,you couldn't even walk in there.
Dude would take all that stuff and start dumping it in a 5 gallon bucket...then go and give it to his plants. I won't even say how his crop looked....not that I'm saying this is what our OP is doing.....
Just saying,it's a mess man. Headache and trouble....and more trouble.
