Had my ass handed to me in the last Medi-State, and am getting back to basics... tail between the legs, beaten down... going to be hustling to get through to the end of this run, no doubt.

Yeah... haven't even bothered updating my addy to my lawyer, it was so bad... basically, sue & they file bko... and it would cost me tens of thousands to do... and that assumed a favorable ruling... and assuming they didn't go bko first... or after. Shit, I can't even directly sue the ones w my money... even w a contract... which was a well written one btw. Spent more on lawyers in CO than my entire life from before.

Don't get me wrong... all of the decisions were mine, so really... it's my own damn fault... that's how I look at it... couldn't make a smart decision to save my fucking life. Hence the tail.

And the peeps I got involved with... fuck I'm an idiot. DOR is shutting em down, sooner or later, anyway.

Have a few pics with the... ahem... the lack of progress. Been working (punch clock job) a lot lately... full time to OT, which is cool, but certainly takes away from home play, which really is the job... just frustrated.

Also had a few delays such as no electrical work... needed upgrade of service + my entire house flickers with the wind... this is supposed to be done tomorrow, but we shall see... been put back a few times.

Which is mostly moot seeing that there is still no a/c to work anything downstairs... money issues... and kinda need a 1.5ton min. Was even thinking on splitting the downstairs lights to offset for a smaller unit... and drop my total light count.

Even starting to worry about my kinda nosey neighbor, but I can always bury her somewhere, so... lol

The multitude of girls, all on a single feed, are certainly bigger, just wish I could'v flipped em per plan..






Seeing that I can't flower at this time... went another route to get me through the next few months... which I kinda needed to do in order to get those girls back into shape so I could actually flower em indoors...






Just going to wholesale supply some CG's I've come to meet in the area... and possibly get a few healthy & clean cuts to the dispensaries... not like they will keep em clean, but... CO turned me into a mass propagator...

Which is a rather good bit of news... after all the moves & varying places they stayed... the entire place is 100% clean... for a month now, no nothing!!! Went to battle, but ridded the gals of gnats, spider mites, root aphids & a spot of PM... they went to hell & back for me...

I need to speak to my attny, but was toying w the idea of taking the cuts & nursing them through the toughest first few days... then deliver them prior to roots sprouting. By my twisted read of the law... if they have no roots, they aren't plants. So, just for the record... those trays you see... aren't plants, hence ain't no fukn plant count! ;-) We'll see what he says...

Just an update. Hope everyone is doing well & in the groove.

Talk to your Attny first, but it's my understanding that less than 6" tall is NOT a plant.

There was new definition set at 8" tall, but I'm not sure if that bill passed or not.

^^^ hmmm... thank you very much for the skinny on the plant height! What I like about this State is that the laws & scene really is pre-1284 from CO... translates into pretty wide open for running & interpretation... esp if you are willing to drop a chunk of change on a court case. We shall see.
