Not looking for the strongest - My woman likes it up and high - Suggestions?

Hello,

I have grown for a few days

I have always tried to please my real lady besides the ladies in the closet

I have tried to find a perfect sativa for her

I have gone thru at least the following sativas / sativa hybrids - Skunk #1, some Skunk #1 crosses, Kali Mist, AK-47, Sour Diesel, Jack Herer, C99, Moby Dick, C99xSkunk#1, Jacks Cleaner, to name a few, with no success

I am starting to think that are all strains nowadays so hybridized with the same stoney fuckup genetics (I mean those strains are really good, but also very powerful and many seem to have a strong indica component in the cannabinoid makeup), that there are no true sativas available anymore

Some seedbanks (especially interested in ACE Seeds and Sam the Skunkmans Cultivators Choice) seem to be selling sativa strains but I am afraid that they are just the same shit in a different package

What to buy and what not to buy if looking for the most-non-exhausting pure high, when one does not want to get physically energy drain stoned but trip out in the brain?
Something that would not be so freaking overwhelming for her.. I'd like it to have a good yield. So anything pretty weak/only THC - low cbd and cbn strains out there with a decent yield? Flower times always 16+ weeks?

PS: Please, save this thread from "Oh your girl just doesn't have a tolerance high enough to handle real weed" type of conversation, if possible.

PPS: Actually I thought I saw a thread about looking for not so powerful sativas, but might have been my imagination as I did not manage to find it even with the search feature

did you grow several different gals from each of those strains in order to get a good representation of them ?


of all the strains from your list, what comes the closest to satisfying her ?

Yeah man,definitely try some ACE and Cannabiogen gear.They tend to work with more landraces and non-hybridized plants.Charlie and Dubi are two individuals to trust who are dedicated to preserving these old lines,and a positive for you is they both really seem to dig their sativas. ;) And you're also quite right about there being another thread about mellow sativas,not seeing it at the moment,but it's fairly recent.Sorry that I couldn't help you more,I'm sure others with more knowledge will chime in soon.Best of luck to you trying to please the Missus,we all know how that can be at times. ;)

hey friend, maybe you want to look into some indicas. I find some of the older school type indica plants not to be so couchlock, and you can't underestimate the "euphoric" effect of some of these herbs in making people just feel good. Purple Paki Kush form CBG comes to mind, DJ Original Blueberry possibly.

Also Dg's Dieselrella or even NYCD which feels and tastes good but not to strong. I suggest the dieserella cause I once brough home a nub of a joint form S99 (NYCD xC99) x (ECSD x C99) and the wife loved it.

Get Panama from CannaBioGen. Look for the 75day pheno. Both of you will love it. Just take 2 hits and youre good for a couple hours of "clean the floor with a toothbrush" type focus and hapenis.

Satori is good too, but there are some really crappy phenos, as well as good ones too tho. Satori is cheap enough to get 2 packs and do a pack at a time to find that huge yield with great taste and high.

I cant believe you grew all those strains in a "few days"

The pheno of blue satellite I grew is not overpowering at all but has a real nice mellowy high. It's not all in the head but it's not a total couch lock either. It's just a nice standard high that won't get you too bombed out.

Jilly Bean is nice - it has a mild and motivating high. I've been lucky enough to find some at the dispensary's to try out before I put the time into raising some myself, and found that I really liked it.

oh, and Apollo11 if you can find it. Once you have that you wont be looking anylonger. unless youre just a seed whore.

Wow your woman seems hard to please..with weed. Pineapple pheno C99 my all time favorite day time smoke.. Clean, speedy, heady buzz that's all above the neck. Wears off nicely and your fine after.
Maybe some green crack taken 45-50 days will do the trick..
Super Silver Sour Diesel Haze, Island Sweet Skunk. Tom Hills Haze***, Wallyduck Haze x c99, C99 x Panama Red. Mosca Mach Fly (Warlock x c99), DJ's F-13 and Flo.
*edit, Pineapple Punch from TFD is actually some of the most cerebral weed i've ever smoked. Really uplifting.

I can totally understand your girl, I pretty much have the same
so far my rule of thumb hasn't failed: the more sativa is in it, the more I like it
weed from the coffeeshop never satisfies me, always too much indica(jack herer is suposed to be sativa dom. but for me it had a big part indica tiredness in it especially when smoking/vaping more of it)
except one time, some haze, the menu only said haze so it's possible it was pure haze
that's the closest I've ever come to my own outdoorharvest with coffeeshopweed, it could've been my own harvest outdoorsativa
sk #1 was also nice but really racey/fast, the mindexpanding philosophical relaxing(but not sleepy tired and still activating and energizing) sativa's are the ones that I like best
maybe a vaporizer could also help your girl, I like the vaporizing high much more then smoking
and outdoor also seems to feel a bit more natural then indoor
I think that sativa landraces would work good, also for myself, but not yet had the pleasure to try one(and I only grow outside, and the really longflowering landrace sativa's aren't really for my climate so I have to do with sativa dominant strains)

Three words: DJ Short's Flo. She's my favorite. Really nice positive up high,no crash,just a gentle re-entry. The high just wears off. Great for conversation and intimacy,real lover's herb from my experience.

I have a Volcano vaporizer, have had it for about 5 or 6 years already..

I don't know what to do, seriously. Maybe I'll go for ACE or CBG. Have heard good things about Flo too.

I usually end up flowering for 12 weeks no matter what strain... So doesn't really matter if the flowerings are long

I have the same situation bro! Volcano, Sativa-wife, so I better get some sativa mistresses going in the closet!

My wife loves the things you describe and I've managed to keep her happy with some strains before.


Apollo I grew prolly don't exist anymore, it was Dutch-Passion limited release and I'm not sure about the genetics, it was called "Apollo" without a number.

The high was cerebral, happy, energetic, thought-provoking, mellow, no paranoia, euphoric. Next morning was super cloudy and zombie-like though.

I've heard that Durban Poison is not strong and nicely Up&High but I have no other experience about than a DB x Skunk cross..

well imo you should look at ace and canboi !! also seedmans seeds .... his suger haze and few others ....... also sativa seeds .............. worlds of seeds to do alot of pure landrace

how do you grow and what with ?............ coz without the right light and air your strains will never reach there potentional

example people growing sativas in a small grow tent with clw lights ...................... its never gunna bet what it really can be !!

Basically, a very sativa like buzz with a touch of body relief- no pheno hunting for a short flowerer- all are done by week 9...

Also, no ill effects during the buzz or afterwards. Some of the kindest bud you're likely to get your hands on!

tough one. Most of the smoke is Hybridized. You can try Dr.Grinspoon and tell me what yall think. I would like to try it out myself but just from the pictures I know its not going to work for me(yield) I dont know much about it but from the picture it looks pure sativa. like a landrace

I heard that Flo was extremely varied and not to expect any consistency between phenos. Maybe you got lucky or something?
