reducing house heat

Im worried most about my heat, with no great place to exhaust it.

After looking online i saw some Air Conditioners that have no exaust, so im guessing they run pretty cool. I think both evaporative and water cooled ac units dont have exhaust ducts.

im worried how much water an water cooled unit would use.

I thinking the best way to avoid suspicious heat venting outside, is to simply exhaust my hot air from room to room letting the heat dissipate slowly.

would an evaporative cooling system help cool the house down? for example: a mist fan

do humid rooms cool faster/easier? where does the heat go?:puppydoge

Do you live in FL? In a large urban center?(Boston, LA, NY, etc.)

If not, don't worry about LEO using FLIR. It's illegal in a lot of places, check to see if there are any examples online of someone getting busted in your area due to abnormal heat signature. I know that, at least where I live, LEO does not use random IR searches.

Paranoia abound, there are surely many who disagree.

Texas. im a little noid because i saw this barry cooper video, where he set up the police with a fake grow. apparently the cops used FLIR without a warrent, and still raided the place.

Long ago the Supreme court ruled that a warrant is needed to use FLIR on a structure. It boils down to the expectation of privacy within the walls of your own home.
Do you know how many people would get caught if law enforcement was allowed to randomly fly around hitting every house? Trust me, they need a warrant. At least they do in the state I'm in...

I understand they need a warrant. But if i can keep my house cooler by putting a mist fan, then i will do it. I was reading they can also help conceal odors as well.

In another thread i saw some talk about the mitsubishi AC units. sound pretty cool.

Yes, Mitsubishi "Mr.Slim". I use one and they are amazing! A bit expensive but they are rock solid and well worth every penny:)
