no, not that i've know of.... i've had alot of test and never been frisked or asked to change... even when i was on probation i didn't get frisked prior to test... the po officer even looked the other way, now not sure if that is protecol or if he was humbuled by my giant snake...hahahaha 
ya gettin tested for work.... also if your goin to a clinic, they'll just give you a cup and tell you were the restroom is then tell you to bring it back... wont even go in with you

if its for work then no...and even for probation they wont.

Funny, its not like all the test agencies chat online or something. They all do it different, anyone I have ever known on probation has pissed directly in front of an observer looking directly at their wang. Pro sports stars getting caught with the whizzinator in major airports ruined everything. I have heard of the pre-employment physical where they ask you to strip down and put on a gown and they give you the once over stethoscope treatment before the piss test.

usually you go behind the desk and they lead you to a secure bathroom and give you a cup to pee in and wait outside the bathroom, in the bathroom the sinks dont work and they color the toiler water a different color and they tell you not to flush the toilet
i dont like the fact i cant wash my hands after using the bathroom but eh

It has been my experience that nobody frisks you before a piss test. Even when i was on felony probation i got by with a whizzinator. They have other ways to try and catch you, the most common being the temperature sensative strip on the side of the cup. The procedure for my 3 drug tests on probation was, i went down to a clinic in the courthouse, filled out a shit load of paperwork, offered water, was taken to a locked bathroom, told to pick a urinal, given my cup and the guy would then go and wash his hands. with the heat pack on the whizzinator the sample was 96 degrees in the cup, perfectly acceptable in the temperature range (which incidentally is 94 - 100 degrees fahrenheit.) i then was to turn the lid of the cup until it clicked audibly, then take it to the guy who was administering the test at the sink, i would then wash my hands, while he recorded the temp of the sample then i would drop it into a plastic bag that would then be sealed. And that was for felony probation, so i wouldnt think you would have to change or anything like that. just my .02

I suppose that there is different protocol for different institutions. I was on probation for over a year and I've never had a problem with stripping and having to put on a gown. I have, however, heard of people who've been taken to the hospital from school under the suspicion of being under the influence who were forced to strip down and dress in a gown for the test.
I guess it just depends really. I've never heard of a probation office every forcing people to strip though. It would just take too long and usually they only have one bathroom and a multitude of people waiting to take a test. At least at my probation office they did.

I've had times where they just tell you to empty your pockets and give you the cup.
and other times when they make you change into a gown and stand next to you behind a curtain. ya never know.

I get tested for work once a month.
I use the urinator.
Never been asked to strip nor have i ever been watched.

ive used 3 or 4 different methods, i smoke a lot, and weigh 180 lbs ish, 1) i use the big boy detox drink and it worked (not the shit from GNC), 2) have used the GNC herbal clean out its a 1 week thing, i passed, 3) this little pill that u break up and put into the piss (gel cap u just open and dump a little bit into it) worked good, 4) and the ole condom with somebody elses pee......but i have never been asked to change into a gown, id ask why do i need to be in a gown?

Piss test; In the military hospitals when you are told REPORTto go to golden flow they watch you like a hawk; then when you have provided the evidence to them they take a little temperature senitive slip of paper and use it to see if.. it is at the correct temp, then they use a ph sensitive slip of paper to see if it was yours the piss ;. that is. They can tell if it came from you or your dear aint Sally. no chane for any monkey biz with the sample. so if you are in the serv, and smoke and and are told to REPORT TO GOLDEN FLOW bend over and kiss your life good bye.

A Ph test doesnt mean anything really, just dont use piss from a member of the opposite sex. They have no way of knowing if the exact ph of your urine is at a certain level or another, although men and women have slightly different ph value ranges associated with them. The only way they could know for sure is with a gas chromatagraph if you just use that cleaning shit and your own piss, or by just taking blood/hair.
