test Ph prior to adding nutrients?

Hey guys im just looking for an opinion on whether or not I check the Ph before or after you add nutrients. I use tap water that has a high Ph of almost 7.5
I use pure blend pro fert
Thanks for your help

After.... ^ what he said.....always right before you use it....& if your using PB(Botonicare) nutes it's not a bad idea to mix everything up let it sit for 10-15 min's & then test(after shaking again).....adjust ph if needed & then use....

Get a set of measuring spoons or better yet, a dozen pipettes. Carefully measure and gauge your initial mix, then all you have to do is add (x)ml of this and (y)ml of that to (z) amount of water.

I'm using 5ml floranova and 4.5ml pH up per gallon of water. Even with pipettes, no two batches are exactly the same. But they're close enough to keep the plants happy and I don't have to measure pH repeatedly.
