ICmag doesn't like Mountain Time Zone?

I have my setting set to GMT -7:00 Mountain Time Zone. But all the times on threads and other places are off by one hour. It says GMT -6 and reads one hour slow on the bottom of the page, no matter how many times I set the Options to Mountain Time Zone! Not really a big deal, but this is perplexing!

Must be the us gov's i-net filters... higher volume, so takes em an hour to sort & copy all the cross-ocean traffic... ;-)

I noticed that too, mine is set to GMT, at the bottom of the page it says GMT+1 but the clock displays GMT-1, one hour out. Maybe the server hasn't updated the clock for the summer time shift

WTF is going on with it? I live on the East Coast of the USA, and i have to set my options to Brazil.

Even that doesnt fix the problem. If i set it to -4 im an hour behind, and if i set it to -3 im an hour ahead... That doesnt even seem possible, but ive been trying to adjust this for 2-3days.
:thank you:

(EDIT: i turned off DST, so the time is basically correct [still off by a couple minutes], but im not in Brazil!)
