Hello everyone, been a while since I posted.
How is everyone - good I hope.
I'll make my question quick for now.
I'm just wondering if somebody would please explain (1) what is a control bucket, and it's function, and (2) what is required to make one, and how does it work?
For example in Ebb Flow, or RDWC; Lets say I have a flood table/tote as a flood table. I've seen people have it connected to a reservoir (which is required), but I've also seen and read people having a reservoir AND a "Control"/"Controller"/?
Is the reservoir just fresh water, if so - PH'd or not?
Is the controller "ready to serve"/pre-mixed and PH'd nutrient solution.
How does the whole system/idea work?
Cause wouldn't the (fresh?) reservoir water keep diluting the controller's water - what would be the point in that?
I feel like I'm missing something, or quite possibly everything (haha). Could anybody give me all the details, and also, possibly all the parts needed (ie: float valve, switches(?) )
Thanks a million.
I'm finally ready to start experimenting after having bought more than enough parts, tools, etc, and procrastinating heavily.
Thanks again!!
