this is the new hydro setup for one of the last sets for this building before I move on

the weight of the last picture collapsed the wall. luckily I was right there. spilled about 7 gals on the floor.

should get planted today or tomorrow

the plants are fed through a continuous feed hose like the perpetual boxes, pump and feed lines are underneath to prevent heating while traveling

Using some ridiculously stretched Bull ghani x Haze plants that have been abused and neglected for weeks. BUT by the looks of the ones around the bare bulb from the 33 sq ft vert thread, these should blow up. I put 12 in because they wont stretch and grow much

Holding at 6.2 and a really low E.C., aprox 1.2

Chillin around 600watts and ready to grow!!!!!!

bobblehead, GOT DANK, silver hawaiian, spiralofeyes, Desiderata, thanks for stoppin in. I have a little time to fill in some blanks...

Put it on a raised table because I was going to drain down into a remote resy and pump back up into a manifold that distributed the water, on the underside of the table top, out numerous outlets into the top resy. But I began seeing siphon issues, which meant more parts = more failure points.... erghhhh
so I kept it contained and recirculated it through the top
At water change, I may brig it down to about 6-12 inches off the floor and run it across to a remote resy. Its going to get hot towards the end of this cycle and more water would stay cooler esier. I also have a decommissioned drinking water cooler chiller to dunk in a big resy too.
First I had just 2x4 support going across the bottom of the pool. When I stacked some soil pots around the outside edge, the kidddie pool sides gave way and spilled all over. So i cut a piece of rigid foam to make a top for it, back in business. The plants didnt go back up there. REALLY pushin the 2nd floor hydro project disaster limits.....
The pump is a HFreight 254gph pump hooked to some black poly dripline delivery pipe and the pronged into spaghetti hose and out to the plants.
The cups are 3 year old solos that have been the planters for many crops. Soldering iron heated and popped some drainage. the bottom 1/3 is hydroton and the cups sit about 1/4 inch into the water.
The girls have been veging under flouros for many weeks, in peat cups and soil mix, overcrowded, poorly watered and s-t-r-e-c-h-e-d. Like 5 nodes in 16 inches. but they are a haze cross that is a flowering beast.

the cups were peeled off and the plants were soaked in plain water to remove the soil and the bare root plants were placed on top of the groton. The I took loose fill Sure to Grow and soaked it, then packed it on top. not much root support but thats why the cage is up there.
Using Sensi grow @ 25% and the rest sensi bloom. A splash of catalyst from EJ for the first tankload, eyeballed to about 800ppm, till I can get a meter, and set at about 6.2ph
Its all in a sealed room, A/C at 76, co2, dehuy at 55, open circulation can filter, some times 2(one is an odor sok)

Ill pull out the old school pic from about 8 years ago. left the filling water on up in an attic, for 2 DAYS!
Rolled in on my way to mexico to make a final check and the ceiling had collapsed below. About 16 feet by 4-8feet. Rolling in the driveway I could see water cascading down the street side of the house. SIlver, I think you may of seen that house on your visit out this way, remember down by the lake?
I jsut saw that pic, ill find it....

funny thing, I brough the pool home for the babe to play in
then her n mama took off for 2 days, while I built the setup
yesterday she comes back and I get the call, babe in background sobbing "uh, where did the pool go?....."

I planned on getting her another anyhoo, but good call on the baby robbing

That was the first thing I thought of -- I do reckon being in that house.. Actually, I think that's where I woke up the morning, put on my shoes to leave, and both shoes had been filled with peanuts and pretzels.

Slow goin here. Got new nutes, going today to dump all the resys. Im sure old AN has been my biggest problem, went with Ionic one part bloom.
no real spectacular growth in the pool, but these plants are creepers till later in flower.
nutes may help.

Been moving out of a big house and it's taking most my time...

found out what a mess not having a feed tube in line with the cup can do. was only running about 10 min.

New tool for the room, some fat towels

Got all them nutes changed out, feelin pretty good about that new fert...

Where the feed stream hits the STG in the tops of the cups the has been a brown spot that developed.

I found an old bottle of Hygrozyme in a box so I dumped it into the resy
That was 2 days ago, today the STG is pure white. NICE, That is definately going into all tanks. Went n got a nother bottle.

Decided to put the extra headbands in a pool situation also. but these I am going to wash out the soil and trans plant them and let them veg a bit before dropping those in, 2 weeks maybe?
The others that were going to continue the pepetual hydro, are going in the hydro resy, but its getting filled w soil. That will be done by weekends end.

Going in tonight to take some dark shots of the last of the 33sq ft vert threads plants and check the ph of them fresh tanks
