..getting 4 pounds of Sour Diesel back from the cops (thanks prop 215)

i got pulled over a few days before valentine's day for not wearing my seatbelt properly (was under my arm, not over).. there were 4 lbs of indoor Sour in a trash bag in the passenger seat, no cash or scales

I insisted it was for medical use for me and my girlfriend (limit in this county is 3lbs per patient), so the pigs let me drive home, but they took my ganja and wrote me a ticket for possession since they were not used to seeing such large amounts

called my lawyer that night, and a G-stack later he was faxing my papers to the court

fast forward 2 months, my case is dismissed. just talked to the evidence room, they said "come on in, we have your marijuana here".. I still feel like its a joke, but will be relieved if/when i have that shit in my hands.

it was freshly dried and turkey-bagged sour d, hopefully will still be just as good, i'm not sure what the evidence locker is like.

sad part is i didn't even weigh it before, just estimating 4+ lbs

i was literally driving it to the stash house to weight and split wtih my partner, got intercepted en route.

I knew as soon as i was pulled over that they were going to be leaving with my cannabis, so i played it cool and they let me roll out. they did give me sum DUI tests, i was high as hell but passed just fine

I spent about two minutes reading previous posts of yours. I know a lot of specific information about you as a result. Your county, your social preferences, and so on. Anybody links this to a cop (or a cop is watching), they'll figure out your info in two minutes tops via traffic stop database.

Maybe I'm paranoid, but it strikes me as pretty dumb behavior to be bragging about your situation with such specificity. Particularly with 3K running and, by your own definition, a big ass outdoor grow.

Nobody in the United States is legal.

I wont' reply to anyone else or the OP if he wants to lay into me, and clog up the thread. Those were my thoughts when reading the thread. If I was doing business with this guy and came across this thread, I would no longer be doing business with this guy.

My intentions are good; not hating, just trying to encourage we all be cognizant of the fact that this is a public message board, etc.
