i dont think they're burned. I mean, they could look better, but they could look a lot worse. Maybe overwatered. how old are they? what strength are you feeding or are you using KISS method?

i grew hempy's with perlite for a while and always got tip burn no matter what the ppms, switched to coco and never got it again.my plants always look very happy now plus the coco is alot easier to dispose of than perlite

I love hempy buckets they have always done me good its all how you water them and if your staying on top of checking your run off of your ppm and ph . I was doing a feed feed water schedual and it always did me good and its still how i keep my mothers going and once they get big i will just do a water water feed deal and i have kept a mother going for almost a year and the only reasion i didnt keep them longer was do to a bug problem .

You dont need the fan on 24/7 during veg do you? My lights are always off at darkside of 18/6 and I even switch them off now and again during lights on. The way I look at it, the wind don't blow 24/7 in nature.

Human on/off fan control also aids with temps, rh and air quality in general.

And that's the easy thing about hempy buckets. When you get a slight nute burn problem, just water at the correct ph added with a pinch of epsom salts gets the plants back on track in no time.
