So i was drilling a hole for the nozzle of a 6 gallon bottle of gh bloom and the drill bit came loose and dropped in about 2 weeks ago. The solution has always been pale then my previous jug, but as i went to do a res change i got pale pink more whitish. My question is are these nutes fucked? I do have plants running on it and they seem ok

Not a pro scientist, but I have scientific intuittion. I would guess the metals in the bit interacted with the salts in the bloom and formed another compound. Probably nothing horrible especially if the plants are still OK. In all reality, ganj probably would have never lived long enough for us to get on our back 2 feet if it was thaaaaaaaaaaaaaat f@ckin picky lol.

I drained the 5 gallons out of the bottle and it has a odd smell and is now metallic and has a sedimentary layer in it. Just gonna return it to the hyrdo store and blame it on GH. Glad my store watches out for its little guys. Ty for ur response, and if this happens to anyone else, just take the time to drain ur bottle into 5 gallon buckets and get the object out of there. I played it dumb and figured what could a piece of metal do. Turns out GH bloom is strong enough to dissolve a drill bit. sooooooooo keep shit clean and dont be lazy-Dune
