Hi ,
nice thread and good work !

You have a beautyfull strain !

I am happy to see that the old Colombian varieties are to preserve!:jump:

It are increasingly hard to find pure! since 90 the majority are diluted with commercial strains(white, skunk, ect..)!
there is many “crippy” but true the Colombian that becomes almost impossible to find them…

Kaiki, the breeder of cannabiogen preserves some line :santa marta gold, punto rojo, mangobiche,
but I am really glad to know that old's strains are preserved in their origin countries !:good:

I would like much to work with legend!!
On my side I preserve and cross some old variety,African,Jamaican,Brazilian,Mexican but not Colombian….

I would like to know which are the Colombian name of the strains that you have?

Thank you for your work, the safeguarding of the genetic inheritance is very important!! if not, in some years, will have us nothing any more but feminized Dutch hybrid!!
:thank you:

Cheers.

(sorry for my bad english...)

Keep those strains pure, landraces are rare gems nowadays.

which of the columbian were used to make the purple haze in the 70,s was it the purple corrintinias

Ive asked with out direct or specific answers ,This is the most info i Recall

Below is a direct post From my Q for Sams Ohaze thread

It had several Colombian lines like Santa Marta Gold, Wacky weed.
You must remember that Purple colors can be induced in some clones by cold, while other lines turn purple regardless of temps.

-SamS

Punto Roja has also been mentioned an what i find interesting about Pics in a PR thread n some of your pics is the fact the calyxes/flowers are purple while the leaf is green

can you tell us what is the lineage of that purple highland Lumbo is ?
