Im switching to a flip flop setup but I only have time to check everything every few days, which has been fine. Now tho one room will always be dark when I'm in their. I've heard of people on here saying they use "green lights" cause it doesn't bother the plants when sleeping. Anyone know that this is true? (I hope) I don't want to mess them up but I hate using my led mini flashlight and tripping on things. If it is true what kind of green light , just a regular green tinted light from any store or does it have to one made for this reason?

I did this same thing, 6-6, Id show up at 5-5:30 so I would have time in each room with the light on. Even doing so I left my green light on several times when I didn't get there on time. They may be harmless if on for a short while but my girls didnt seem happy when the green light stayed on for a day or two.
