so called "friend" stole my weed, what should I do?

So my so called "friend" stole a gram of weed that I BOUGHT from him. I actually left it in his car along with my wallet when I was stoned. I was wondering what is the best way to get him back should I steal a gram back from him, beat his ass, or just forget about it and keep the friendship since he's my only connection?

If I was a teenager I would challenge him to a fight in front of a bunch of other people especially chicks,then beat his ass in front of all of them.
But as an adult either call him out and tell him he owes you a gram or never talk to him again. As an adult I wouldn't fight for over small amounts of money,but I would fight over principle. Maybe you should just bitch slap him once infront of a girl or something. Just kidding,maybe.lol.
