found some picz ..this plant was hard topped, supercropped, and a little lst..and defoliated lot of times..many growers says that full defoliation is not good, that will stun the plant.but from my experience is not like that..hf

Same here. I don't notice stunting and so far no hermie this grow. I have been clipping fan leaves over the days since I flipped to flower.

Maybe a few here and there is fine, cutting a lot all at once might be the shock that causes a hermie. I just do a few each watering as I see fit.

i have about 3-4 grows with this cross..until now, after a lot of stress for the plants, no one go hermie..one time i wasn't home for about one week, and my plant stayed without light and water for about 5 days(she was in veg)..found her almost dead, allmost all the leaves where dead, but after a few days she recovered well ..so...if u have good genetics, hermies are not a problem..in flower, i cut not all the leaf, only 1/2 of it, once a week or two and no problems since now..this is the first time when i left only the cola on every stem of my plant(done in flower)..if that will not hermie my plant, dunno what else could do that in the future ..of corse,light leaks or watering problems not count

i came today with a little update of my plants..here we go :


2 buds in 24 days of flower

I removed the screen, for getting them closer to the lights..here she is at 29 days of flower

same buds at 29 days

there we have a clone from the flowering plant, she will become a mother plant for my next grow, a sog and for the outdoor season

and the last, a plant from same cross, grown from seed at the window, she have preflowers..she is about 6-7 weeks, so about 4-5 weeks she grown with the winter sun , window full opened a lot of times during winter when the temperature outside was about -15 -20 celsius degrees..i think this is a strong plant, surviving to those temperatures 1 month srry for the blurry picture

your screen design is cool. I like how you can remove it easily to allow for further growth. I will be trying that with my next scrog for sho!!

in about a month i'll start another grow with 6 plants in same pot ..the pot is about 14 liters.the plants will be clones from same cross.after rooting i'll give them about 10-14 days of veg and then flowering..so.. stay tunned
