1200watt 60 Plant Stadium Bare Bulb

not funny. my belief is i got cateracts in both eyes at 40 from looking at bright lights all day. (bombarding neon)). it took six years but still. no scientific evidence or studies to prove it as far as i know, just two lens replacement surgeries. would advise lenses with UV protection as well. good luck with the grow

Marquis;

In all seriousness....I just bought a pair of sunglass's at Walmart specifically for the room, in fact keep them just outside the door....my problem is remembering to put them on but I hear you cataracts is no joke.

Thanks for the input and I hope you have a great new year!

Thanks for the tip, ive already done covered that with a set of goggles =).

I appreciate any and all suggestions =)

Dont forget that regular sun glasses are not adequate in protecting your eyes any better than in some cases none at all..... welding IR level 5 protection is the minimum recommended. The future is sunny =)

I have used and been in contact with 3 gal smart pots, currently they infected in PM. but I got that taken care of while i was the smart pots as you mentioned, i transplanted them to plastic pots in the mean time. I did not wash them out before using them and look at what i have to show, PM growing on the outside, But reguardless that has ZERO effect on this grow and I look forward to using smart pots this grow aswell as plastic pots.

I just took 25 more clones bringing my total to 50 today. Yikes... I hope I can root in 5 day.. best is 6 days which is tied with Slowmotion I think his username is... eh.. either way. blueberrys, green cracks, double strawberry diesel's from rez.. who can go bad on this round right guys?? What you want pics of??

Slowandeasy is my name...and I have gotten roots in 5 days on my latest batch!! Since it is winter I use my digital thermostat and heating pad to warm my clone area...it is not under the plants just in the clone cab for stable temps. I set it to 81 F and use a dome in winter to keep humidity up. Been using Clonex gel instead of Root Tech. I like it better, it is not as strong as the Root Tech and is thinner...but I use more. Been using a drop of gel mixed with RO water instead of Roots Excel to pre soak my clones for about 20 min...then into Coco. If you have temps near 80 and decent humidity, you will get roots within a week everytime.

Like your set up, I will be following. Let me know how the recent clones you took do. Good luck!!

Thanks for the interest, I did not beat your 6 days and infact it took 8days.

I however have not given up hope, and will be eagerly looking to reach the 5 day mark as you have. I will pull out my heat pad and try and stabilize the core temps of the media and try again for the benchmark. I am in the process of taking enough cuts to supply the stadiums and the previous ones are about ready to transplant i believe.

Thanks labtec!

DHF, this can be a little confusing but ill try and break it down.. =)
I had a veg tent going which I used to supply the flower room with babies/mature females.
The tent was a 4x4x6 with a 600w vertical. I had all those plants packed into that with expert Tetris skills a major factor. Since the tent was in my personal bedroom I had no way to effectively water them with out flooding the place out so I would carry them to the flower room every 2 days in laundry baskets and for a while my skateboard haha. But I would move them in to the flower room and stack them on my 4x4 raised flood table, once I let them drip dry I would cart them all back and stack them nicely and evenly around the tent.
(The tent is now taken down)

The flower room is shared by two different systems and each crop is tended to individually, mine is shown as the vert system utilizing a single 600w bulb, I have another 600w that i could use but I dont feel I will be able to use it to the maximum potential so I figure i keep it on ice for the next few days.... The other system is sitting along side mine but is being run under 1000w in a Magnum XXXL 8"

Both systems are currently under flower mode and on their way to a speedy start.. =)

I am not sure what the game plan for my next round will be but lets just concentrate on the overall success of whats currently on the table.

Stealthdragon, the pic is current and taken the first night they woke up from 24hr darkness period to help them into flower.

Aside from pulling out some dead leaves that had fallen onto the bottom canopy from my trimming of the upper teir there has been no major change in the plants, Pistils and the start of some bud sites... more to come..

Outdoor spot is in full veg mode.. I just got done defoliating about half the flower room, they are already showing budsites at most nodes. The stretching has just about stopped from the flip to flower.

I have also added in Big Bud from Advanced Nutrients as per all my grows how ever this round I added it 2 weeks earlier and at much HIGHER concentrations =). So far so good, pics tmrw ladies and gents. Night night!

Day 36 major defoilage ok or not? As you know my girls have been plucked on their whole lifes, but I need to really clean them up and make room for my bottom round. You think it'll stress them out too much at this point?
