Motaco - I love the line in that magazine article "When was the last time you had an interesting or original idea on indica?"

so true!

actually I'm a fan of indica too. I don't have a problem with them. I've definitely had some interesting and original ideas on them.

I agree with you motaco, I like the variety, if anything the scene is flooded with hybrids, alot of sativas sold by seedbanks are 75% sativa for example,
and many indicas have some sat in them...

I can get indica or indica/sativa buds most of the time but never a pure sativa unless its imported (like thai/brick)... I guess in Cali or somewhere like that there is more choice and favour towards sativas.

I wonder if the hippie movement was fueled by indica instead of sativa what would have been the outcome lool

Interesting Article on Purple Cannabis.

Blue blood did exist as a sign of nobility, but only because all of their plates and silverware were actually made of silver, meaning they slowly, but surely ingested collodial silver, and most people nowadays know what people who take too CS much look like :)

I was perusing this thread and came across this picture.
Number eight looks awfully familiar to me.
Haze Brothers Kush.
I remember reading once that OG Kush was hoarded since the early eighties. When I look at that bud it makes me think it is the origin.
Not trying to start a "thing" it just would make a lot of sense.

I agree, next time I'm having my left arm cut off with a chainsaw, I'll insist on smoking 3 jays of zonko-retardo weed 5 minutes before.

I've definitely had some interesting and original ideas on them.

yeah, like where is my face, why can't I move from this couch and I want my brain back! lol

seriously though, thank goodness that our favorite plant offers such a wide variety of effects and tastes. On a cold Winter's night, after a big active day, with a full stomach, feet up, a glowing log in the fireplace, there's nothing better than a good indica to chill me down.

Hi All! Old strains of the past I miss them..... Of all the strains that I have tried to this day, nothing compares to Mexican Oaxacan seeded and the HIGH was AWESOME! Astral projection, out of body experience ...this was all that, and you would be on the couch
while all this was happening...WOW! I miss outdoor weed from other countries, and Hawaiian weeds were the bomb at that time.

the best highs comes from ganja expertly grown in tropics..always was and always will...it's the all day intensity of the sun combined combined with sativas that require a extremely long duration of flowering that produce a high that makes you say "Wow!" out loud...also, I've found that plants that takes 3 ~5 months to flower have a much longer high duration than those fast modern hybrids that finish in 2 ~3 months.
