Had a read through a few of your grow threads... impressive stuff very pretty flowers!

Can i ask... i see you strip the lower ft or so of your plants and as the photos progress your plants seem to loose foliage.... do you Defoliate at set times like day 14 & 40 of flower or just when you feel like the plant needs it?

I've been messing around with defoliating and I seem to get good results with it. some strains respond well others im not sure.
