Kangativa's Mullumbimby Madness Grow

Wow good to see some fellow Aussies kept the afro strains going i had some Malawi Gold but Lost it growing indoors due to mould/overwatering in coco (me being a lazy newbie).

I'm currently planning on moving from S.A. to a better climate for finishing late sativas and to get away from some untrustworthy people who i thought were my mates that ripped my only surviving pollened MG outdoors, and did some other un-tasteful things... just goes to show what "Meth" can do to some people! (enough of my babbling)

I Agree that the new/updated afropips site is a bit suss.

My hope is to acquire these seeds again and successfully do a full organic outdoor grow and keep the MG gene pool alive just as the farmers in Malawi did and as afroman intended!

Hopefully some you you lads have pollenated some of your branches, cos im finding it hard to find a reliable seedbank online that has MG beans.

Seeing MG is around 14-16 weeks i wouldn't expect it to finish until june like you said Kanga, and in S.A it can get quite cold and cloudy around may june especially in the south east and may not have reached its full potential anyway, can't wait to see your pics.

I can't express how much respect i have for the outdoor sativa growers, it seems everywhere i go there is fucked up hydro/indica shit everywhere.

Good luck with finishing your Malawi and other africans kanga, you definitely know your stuff and a true inspiration to me and other Icmag members.

Wish me luck on my new life adventure, and hopefully ill will harvest some of the finest MG / Sativa in the future.

Hi Rezinfingerz,

Thanx for the good luck wishes mate:tiphat:
The Afro's are going well and I am pretty excited by them.
Today I went and checked a early Kariba Surprise and it seems as if this is the same smell as the Haze A male. You can be sure this has us pretty excited. The others are definetly going to finish a lot later, but all looking very nice.
Anyway mate I will be waiting to see what you do in the future and of course the best of luck with it all......Stay Well.....K

Hi Dave.....Lol...I know what you mean by to many strains, I had to get a new fridge for what I have been aquiring over the last few months. Now I will have all the crosses to go in as well.
I have this awesome SSH pheno that has just about been crossed with everything I have, including this monster Mullum male that I am sure is going to produce some insane monsters....cant wait to get these growing next summer:dance013:
Ok Mate hope all is well with you.....K

Hello my friend and thank you:tiphat:
I am not really sure....but it sure is a nice pheno. very similar to the original WW I used in the mid 90's to cross to my Oaxacan and Mullum.
I only grew 2 females and this is one of them, the other is more of a leafy type. Havent tried them yet.....hope they are good :)

This has gotta be the best thread on IC!

I remember as a young lad growing up the best weed we could get was donned the mullum madness that almost had an acid like high and had us running around like lunatics, having a keen interest in strains even from a young age I always remembered the mm. Later in life I ended up working on a banana farm up in the arm and spoke to a few of the local growers about the infamous mm. A few thought the growers of that era watered there crops with a "mushy brew" giving it at trippy high others said the mm was lost years ago.. I think a select few still have the mm in the area after being gifted a bang on mm monster bud at a friends cafe up the creek a few years back that had that high I miss the most, I remember looking up at the huge cliff face feeling like time had stopped. I'm heading to the mardi this year and hope to reunite wih the mm once again, and some of the crazy purple we used to get from macksville/scotts head area, smelt like candy with firey orange hairs and of coarse the old school proper mango...

Peace Kit-

Thanx guys:tiphat:
Well finally our autum weather has arrived with temps in the high 20's and nice and dry:dance013:
I was pretty lucky to actually get by without to much mold, just had to bring in a couple of Indica's early, but all in all not to much damage done.
I have here a pic of a Pink pistil Oaxacan that shows itself once in a blue moon. The smell from this plant is one of the best I have ever come across.....this time she is in a pot so I will reveg her under lights. I will also try and make some fem seeds from her.
Anyway here is a pic of her and another Oaxacan.

Jebus Kangna, I wish this page had smellevision. That pink Oaxacan looks beautiful. So do they all for that matter. Selfing her would be a top idea.
