need help picking a led for veg

hi can anyone help me out i am going to get a led light made up to suit my 1mx1mx1m room it is for mothers clones and a couple of weeks veg i woud like to know what colour/spectrum and wattage i should use in this area for best result

thanks Habel thought i would get some more help anyone out there should i use all blue or a mixture of red and blue

If just for veg, the Procyon 100 works but you might as well spend a little more and get the ES165. The ES165 includes a deeper red so it can flower as well. You would need a pair of either to cover a square meter. Even with a pair, the coverage would not be ideal (better with the ES165).

I think I'd go with PLL fluorescents, actually. If you are in the European market they are probably easier to get than the LEDs I mentioned.

Lumigrow ES, the 330 watt model you can dim it if necessary but for a square meter it's ideal. They have some on the site for like $500 off last time I looked and they can grow some great plants trust me on that one! I swear by the Lumigrow check my thread below. :good:

The Procyon 100 is nice for only veg and as mentioned above you would need minimum of 2 for a square meter but for the money get the Lumigrow 165 instead if your budget won't allow for the full sized 330 watt one. You can always put some small full spectrum 6500k T5 HO strip-lights in the corners to supplement the LED. :canabis:
