12/12 reg or 18/6 af

hi all

in my current space i am growing af's in a tent and only have this area. cant have two lighting shedules. im wondering if anyone has direct experience with 12/12 reg from seed as well as af's. i'm not looking for opinions or guesses. i can do that myself but i am wanting hard evidence of which is the better producer.12/12 reg strains or 18/6 af's. Aspects considered:

power consumption (12/12 would be less power used)
yield/quality
overall grow time (indica dom strains)

i'm trying to make decision for my next run and want the most efficient setup.comes down to which will produce more in sog. remember experienced answers only. thanks

go the 12/12 from seed thread, one cat was pulling down mr nice ssh plants in 83 days from seed on 10/14 light schedule, id either go 12/12 from seed or run autos, waiting 3+ to 4 months for erb to me is very boring, im going back to autos next run or 12/12 from seed.
