hey ya'll! how's everyone doing tonight? new year, new grow so i figured id start a thread to commemorate it all! i have been having great success with my current methods. I'm currently running:

2-kw
6plants per light
3gallon buckets
canna coco/chunky perlite @ 3/1
hand water @least every 24hours (every 12hours by mid flower)
LST and lots of topping used to keeps these ladies nice and short

nutes:
canna coco a&b 5ml-10ml per gal but can get higher
cannazyme strong early in flower and rarely added during flower
rhizotonic strong in early veg and used as foliar til mid veg
pro tek silica at high doses
sensi cal/mag grow in veg
molasses 2wk-8.5ish wk of flower

here's a picture of the plants right after i got them out of beer cups, a couple inches taller and now its time for the low stress training!

here's another shot of the ladies in their one gallons

to stop the initial stretch, i took a regular old computer desk and put it inside my tent and then raised each plant to only be about 20in or so from the light

my lights do not lower or raise any higher and my hps bulbs are the only thing i use for flower and veg. all clones are housed under one t12 light and this is the only light plants receive for first week of life after rooting

once plants are ready for their final 3gal homes, i do my transplanting and its time for the ladies to go back on the floor of my tent

notice the potential for stretch in these early 3gal pictures. it was at this point i wasnt sure if i would be able to successfully keep these ladies nice and short

looks good from what i can tell..yea having to raise plants up and down can get irritating,,
milk crates work really well or upside down buckets..

being able to raise and lower lights is really nice,,

train the crap out of em thell stay low for ya..

Looks great man. I noticed the LST'ing. I go crazy on that stuff. It's what makes my grow extra good. Check out Smart Pots. The nice thing about those is they're made of felt or whatever so you can poke a quick hole and run string through whereever you want.

thanks to everyone who has been stoppin by with all the positive comments!-
the last pics i posted were from 3days before being flipped into flower. fast forward to a week into flower and its time for their first pruning on all undergrowth.

this is one of my chems sitting in a 20gal rubbermaid. i take it from this over grow bush to....

a few branches with only about 5 nodes of growth each. 3 days later the plants are back to reaching for the sky. pic below in about 12 days into flower

....notice the black lining in the tent that opens in the back of the pics. this is a good reference to show how much they have stretched and man on man have the stretched!!

i know right?! it grows back so quick though so you kind of gotta. the last pic in my previous post would have been the perfect height for what my tent allows but sadly this is not the end of stretch...

been slacking on the updates! but im back today were i left off.
after doing my first pruning in the start of the 2nd week of flower, everything started "reaching for sky" so to speak. pics below are from day 12 of flower...
