Hi All,

Yesterday i made a batch of bho vector butane, pyrex glass, stainless steel pipe with kief screen at the end blah blah blah... ive made BHO about 5 times previous to this time, but today while i was purging the remaining butane out of my BHO with the boiling water in the larger Pyrex dish i noticed it started to drizzle after the third-fourth time i changed the boiling water so the BHO mixture was purging for about 8-10 mins so after it started raining i brought it inside and scraped it and also purged it again in a mason jar with a vacuum sealer accessory... i am wondering if most of the butane got out of the product please some1 help

if that same technique typically works for you, then yes i think you've purged as much as you usually do

the oil will still make sizzling sounds when you dab b/c of the residual water but the smoke should be smooth

Is there any way to put the container in hot water while still under vacuum and watch to see what happens?

If the oil is molten and there is butane present, you will see the bubbles and you will lose at least some of your vacuum.

Cannabis oil is a solid at ambient temperaures. It melts just under 180F.

Bubbles rising to the surface and popping while molten and under vacuum.

So Do U Think im good in terms of getting most of the butane out say i did the mason jar vacuum thing for like 5-6 times on top of also purging outside in the dishes for 8-10 mins before the rain???

Good chance if it isn't bubbling in hot water under vacuum.

Sorry I can't give you a definitive answer, because I rely on personal obvservation as a final inspection, given all the variables.
