Long story short, i took one of my grommets from my dripper system to the local grow shop to match up some drip line etc, come back gave them a quick feed, turn on the pump for about 20 seconds, wasnt in the room at the time, (pump in another room). Go in to check on them a massive fountain right infront of me about 5 ft high, about 5" from my bulb. Anyway its sprayed all over 2 of my girls, about 5ft high, 3ft wide.Right at the end of flower started my flush 3 days ago! Im running cheese, this strain is super hardy, takes everything i throw at them, never get any bud rot, no PM etc.

At the moment iv moved my 2000watt heater to the side of them, directed 1 of my wall fans directly over the canopy to get alot of air movement and put a 20L a day dehuey in with the plants at the side of the pots, on continuous power, iv shaked them like mad to get rid of any droplets. Iv raised the temps slightly to 85F/87F there about 6" from the bulb, really trying to do everything to dry them out.

Worst thing is the light cycle has just turned off, 8am-8pm, so there gonna be in the dark humid air for 12hrs, it only happened about an hour ago. My humidity in the room is about 42 and doesnt get above 50 in the night.

Is there anything else i can do?
Is bud rot a gradual thing, where if the humidity is high for long periods of time it will only set in. Just thinking it was only a spray so if i dry them out pretty well i might be ok. Surely when it rains in flower in nature they dont fuck up.

Im going to check them first thing then every hour, if i start to see some rot il cut them down early.

Good luck!

I wouldn't worry too much man, if that strain is as hardy as you say its not gonna get mold in one night.

i mean outdoor plants get rained on at the end of the season at night, and they don't always get mold. theyll be fine. just watch them close.

Air movement, fans, you just don't want things to be humid and stagnant. Circulating air is always the answer for humid situations and a dehumidifier definitely helps! :canabis:

This gets my vote.

Super happy to know you didn't get zapped. From one idiot to another (fed my finger into a bandsaw once)...

good news, went down first thing this morning there dry as hell, humidity didnt get above 40 last night, had the heater on all night right next to them and all the fans. Seems to have done the trick, opened up a few of the bigger heads and no sign of rot or dampness, removed the heater and dehuey and kept the fans directly on them. Humidity is set at 40 for the next 2 days. Thank fuck for that
